I signed up for Weightloss 3D in August of this year. I had been trying to lose weight on my own and had lost about 40 pounds in just under a year but had gained 10 back. After hearing so many ads on the radio and hearing about the success Kayla from 92.3 had, I knew I had to give it a try. I am two and a half months in and I am down 50 pounds! Even bigger than the weight loss is how I feel! I had constant swelling in my legs and feet that is now gone. I was having terrible pain in my shoulder and thought I was going to have to look int surgery and the pain is gone! I have more to lose and I am confident that I will get to my goal. I am so grateful for this program and Dr Wilson. It is truly life changing and for the first time in my life, I feel successful and in control of my weight.

I am 66, and it was like do I have to be miserable the rest of my life, I took the chance on this, and it works immediately. Feel amazing. I am.sort of at a stuck point after loosing 45 lbs, but I am not giving up. Haven't felt this good in years.

I started the program on April 7 at 178.4 # and today June 7 I'm 157.4#. I am 60 years old and have been on many many diets through the years. This is, by far, the easiest and most effective plan I have been on. I'm active but not on any strict exercise routine. I have been on vacation and weekend get-aways and been to my son's wedding and eaten out at restaurants and still continued to lose weight. If you commit to food prep and following the program, the fat will melt away and you will NOT feel hungry. The sugar cravings go away and your energy levels increase. The brain fog goes away. My GI reflux is gone. My inflammatory arthritis pain has improved a lot. I sleep better and I feel like my old self again and loving life. I am positive that I am doing a very healthy thing for my body's health. Dr Wilson's approach as a functional medicine doc is the answer to being the healthiest we can be through life. This plan and the support from Dr. Wilson are awesome. I was frustrated by gaining back weight after being on another well know Weightloss program for a year and a half. This program is so easy to follow and the results are amazing. I have been on for three months. I hit my original goal of 30lbs in two and a half months. I decided to keep going and am within 2 lbs of a 40 lbs. loss. I feel great! I highly recommend this program!
