He called me at the exact minute our conference was scheduled, very quickly ascertained a possible path forward, told me he wanted to run it by another member of his team and that he'd call me back within 10 minutes. He called me back in 7 minutes, confirmed with me that what he initially thought was a possible solution was in fact something I shoulddo. Based on Allen's recommendation, I called the timeshare company and was able to resolve my situation over the phone.
