Six months ago, we decided to explore exiting our vacation club ownership. Our intention was to see if we could execute an agreement with the vacation club itself or engage the services of an exit company, if that became necessary. Numerous companies had contacted us, unsolicited, about our membership. We discovered Clarity Closings in an online search on our own. After checking into their organization, we contacted them and explained our situation. From the beginning, they were reasonable to deal with and they encouraged us to first seek an exit agreement with the vacation club. Our agreement with them was that we would, if unsuccessful in achieving a reasonable agreement with the club, work only with Clarity to achieve our goal. They guaranteed their fee amount for one year, and we remained in contact with them over the next six months to appraise them of our progress. Recently, we received a reasonable offer for an exit from the vacation club. I contacted Clarity and explained that the offer was good and we wished to proceed with it and end our agreement with them. They wholeheartedly encouraged us to take the offer and wished us well. We are very greatful that they chose to respectfully do so and free us up to move forward. Based on our experience with Clarity Closings, we rate them an A+ for integrity, professionalism and ethical business practices. Our time share was successfully closed within 9 months! I received a confirmation letter that there are no further obligations. The team at Clarity Closings was very honest and had great communication throughout the entire process. They even said that I can contact them in the future if I have any other questions or concerns (or if I get another bill for maintenance fees). I received the best call ever today! Matt from Clarity Closings just called and they got my timeshare contract cancelled! No more maintenance fees for me! They have several payment options; I paid half the fee up front and half once done because that felt most comfortable to me. The process did take some time, but just be patient, and you too can have a happy ending with no more insane increases in maintenance fees.
