I have had many Zoom and phone calls with timeshare exit companies over the last few years that all ended on a note of uncertainty. Prices for their services was all over the charts and the biggest missing link was feeling like they truly cared about my situation. My experience with Kristin at Clarity Closings was one unto itself. The message I got was she was willing help me in any way possible, even if it meant not using Clarity Closings. What a breath of fresh air! If you are in a timeshare "dilemma" I would highly recommend a conversation with Kristin.

I called and spoke with five different Timeshare Exit Company. This is the only person who recommended that I contact Blue Green and attempt to do a deed back through them directly. In just a few minutes of talking to Blue Green Representative I was allowed to cancel my timeshare. Of course there was a fee, but it was significantly less than all the other Timeshare Exit Company.

My representative with Clarity was Mary Thurman. She was the best of any representatives I talked with. She was easy to talk with, not overbearing, and very professional. Not one time did she put any pressure. She really only had my best interest in mind. Great to deal with!

Don't even consider another timeshare exit company. Clarity Closings was my third attempt. The first company went bankrupt. The second informed me that I would have to clear up a problem with the deed, that apparently the first company had started working on. By the time I found Clarity Closings, I was depleted. I am extremely grateful for Tommy & Matt. They both spent a lot of time explaining things to reassure and restore my confidence. Both were so patient, kind and professional. The entire team was very competent and kept in touch regularly. It took about a year, but I am finally free of this burden - thanks to everyone at Clarity Closings!!

Clarity Closings is the real deal! Finally a company that does more than charge money to list your timeshare for sale. Yes, you pay for services but the services free you from your timeshare or you can get your money back. You see all terms and upfront and choose how you wish to proceed. They advise you to contact your resort directly for exit programs before you sign with Clarity Closings. I did this and was able to transfer my deed back to my resort. I would not have known to do this if Clarity Closings had not advised this effort before having me sign with them. I appreciate very much the staff and time spent working with me!
