I had a Burt’s Bees lipstick stain on a Merino Wool sweater and bbq sauce on a silk tie. It was questionable if the lipstick would come out. Both pieces were stain free upon pick up. Now if I can only keep them that way! Employees were courteous and friendly.

Has a suit coat dry cleaned, I usually go to the Webster location and pay when I pick up. I dropped off in Irondequoit and saw that they charged it on a credit card I must have used at one point .. I never gave permission for my information to be saved or used without my permission.

They took the time to answer my numerous questions, help me pick the best service options (of which there are many), and their online tracking/user portal makes the whole process flow seamlessly from Beginning to end. I brought in a few sweaters late on a Tuesday and by Wednesday they were ready for pickup. They looked amazing! As I picked up the sweaters I also dropped off a clergy robe, which also was done in a day. They provide quality services in a timely manner.

Dropped off two jackets, a white one tthat acquired some stains from every use, wasn't sure if they would be able to get it out, the operator assured me it would be fine.
