I can't thank Julia enough for what she has done for my husband. Before starting this therapy all doctors would do is give him more medication. He would sit in a chair for 12 hours just staring at nothing. No communication at all. No quality of life. They weren't getting to the root of the problem. She did a brain mapping that showed the problem. 2 months later he is coming off the medications, taking supplements instead. He enjoys doing adult coloring even helping around the house. I was having alot of anxiety and sleepless nights. The center helped me figure out how to regulate the day through diet supplements and some much needed relaxation techniques. I learned many things I was doing wrong and the changes have been such a welcome to my daily life. Sleep was something that didn't exist in my world but yet now I get quality sleep which makes for a productive next day.I have also changed my diet to include things I didn't know would help with how the body functions and the needs each organ has.I have not stopped learning and will continue to do so because of all the positive things that came from these suggestions.Great organization for learning about mind body and soul

Let me get straight to the point. IT WORKED. Ok so now let me explain. Our son had signs of ADHD. So we wanted to get ahead of it before he would end of needing medication which was a last resort. We first tried a different Neurofeedback place, and he was getting worse and we spent a lot of money we didn't have. We were about to give up, when we found Neurotherapy Centers of America. I talked to Julia who was very knowledgeable, understanding, and thought she could help. So, we started the process and then started training. It takes time but no more getting in trouble at school, he is getting 100’s on new school work and he is trying new foods to name a few improvements. After completing 30 sessions.Our son is proud of his school work and not getting in trouble. He said “it’s easy now I just pay attention and do my work bamb 100”. We definitely recommend it.

Julia is such a wonderful person to work with, and the program has me feeling like a whole new person. I never thought my issues could be mitigated so easily before finding neurotherapy and even still I had my reservations about the full extent of it’s efficacy, but this has been the best decision I’ve ever made. 100/10 recommend for anyone and everyone.

It started in September of 2022. I slowly was getting less and less sleep each night.It had gotten to the point where I was only getting 1 to 1 ½ hours of sleep in a 24-hour period. After a few weeks it was taking a toll on me in so many other aspects of my health, both physical and mental. I started with my primary care doctor. He said it would be difficult to narrow down but suggested a couple of medications to sleep. I also went to a sleep study doctor, and he ran some tests. He told me in order for him to get an accurate reading, he needed more than an hour of recorded information. I told him there lies the problem; I don’t sleep. I did not want to start a drug regiment of taking some to sleep and then some to wake up. This was not a solution.A friend suggested I reach out to Neurotherapy Centers of America. I was skeptical at first and listened to what Julia had to say with an open mind. I started treatment in January or 2023. Julia ran a scan and knew more about my brain health than others could figure out. She not only helps with the brain treatments but found something else going on after reviewing a log of food, beverage, and sleep that I wrote down. The following week I started doing a blood sugar test when I would wake up. My blood sugar would tank when sleeping and sometimes spike, lowest was 58 and highest was 168. Julia suggested some dietary changes and supplements. Everything slowly started to improve.It is now May 29th 2023 I get 6 ½ to 7 hours of sleep every night. Also, another benefit is I have gone from 290 pounds and a snug 44-inch waist to 240pounds and a comfortable 38-inch waist. At Neurotherapy Centers of America the root causes were treated and addressed. I know from my experience Julia can help with a vast number of brain-related concerns. My teen daughter and I both just completed the at-home training and we are very pleased with the program. Julia has been absolutely wonderful and was always available to help us. We both have very marked improvements. For my daughter it was ADHD and sensory symptoms to which both areas have been helped a great deal. For me it was anxiety and a very stressed brain. I have much less anxiousness and respond much better to stressful situations now. I have less headaches, do better with crowds and sleep better, just to name a few. I’ve been journeying through long haul covid for over two years. Covid caused brain damage, hearing loss, POTS, me/CFS, fibromyalgia, significant weight gain, HS, MCAS, and a long list of inflammatory responses.With neurofeedback and Julia’s care, my recovery time has improved significantly. I am no longer experiencing constant nausea and daily migraines. My deep sleep average has increased from less than 20 mins a night to an hour a night.
