Our 8U So Cal Royals team has been training at this facility, and it has truly been a game changer for our boys. The trainers are top notch, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at working with young athletes. They focus on proper mechanics, strength, agility, and confidence, and it shows every time our boys step on the field.The environment is positive, clean, and very well-organized. Each session is structured with purpose, and the coaches take the time to help every player improve individually. As a youth team, finding the right place to develop fundamentals and passion for the game is huge, and this facility delivers above and beyond.We’re grateful for the dedication they pour into our kids and the energy they bring to every session. My 7-year-old absolutely loves this gym! The coaches are the best—caring, patient, and truly invested in helping kids grow. The workouts are fun, age-appropriate, and motivating, and the trainers always make sure each child feels supported and confident.I also love that the gym offers great workout options for adults. I've been taking my two kids to Bamfit for the last 5 months. The kids like it and they get a great workout. Regardless if your kids play sports this is a great place to go. Coach Jesse is very passionate and is great with the kids.
