Edit: I added proof that they in fact turned my AC down because the owner decided to ramble about a thermostat he knows nothing about and call me a liar. At first, I was very pleased with the service I received and now I’m extremely UPSET. To give more detail, I paid for a luxury package for $315 to include photos of my Airbnb rental. The house was vacant, and that was communicated. I gave them the code Monday and they entered to take the pictures at 10am. They were not there very long at all (seen in the camera, and door code history) I had someone check on the house before a guest was arriving today, Friday. Not only did they leave all the curtains and lights on, they turned my AC down to 65 degrees and this was running for 4 days! My electric bill is going to be at least be an extra $100 dollars. Completely unprofessional. I picked this company and paid the higher price because of the great reviews and this is what I get? Not happy at all. It was so cold in the house that the windows and door handles had condensation running down on them. I paid with Venmo, so no insurance there. To the reply of the owner, this situation is absolutely a part of the service I paid for. You don’t pay for a service and expect someone to cost you way more money than you paid. Thanks so much! Kismet photographed our home the day before it was listed for sale. I appreciated how he listened, involved me in the decision making as well as offered advice. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and funny; all rolled into one. Our home listed the next day at 11am. By 6 o'clock that evening, we had had 5 showings and several offers. The following day we had an offer for asking price and one for $12,000 over asking. We closed this past Friday. From the day we listed to closing was 16 days total. I had a wonderful experience with Orlando Home Photography. Kismet was courteous, on time, and had great ideas regarding virtual staging that I would never have considered on my own. I've seen a lot of virtual staging pictures that look quite bad, but these are realistic, tasteful, and artistic. All of the pictures turned out beautifully, and the colors are so vibrant.
