I have just begun the process with Coastal with a long road ahead, but felt strongly enough that I wanted to share. Writing this as a fairly new, female, first time homeowner - you get it. Being in construction myself, I research before scheduling. You're here the same reason I am, the reviews for these guys are amazing. They have earned them! James came out and spent roughly 2 hours with me yesterday. He diligently walked me through the process: what happened, what I can expect, all of it. There was no mansplaning (this is when men talk to women as if they are incapable of forming or understanding full sentences). There was no sales pressure. James is a great salesman because you never feel as though you've been sold to. He was wonderful. Even helped my elderly neighbor who fell outside while we were talking - yes, really. So, my attic is infested with "rodents" - can't bring myself to say more. Gross! James explained the recommended removal, sanitization (thank goodness!), exclusion, warranty and service. Yes, it was a lot more than I'd expected. Don't fall for the removal estimates google gives - research "exclusion". Exclusion is where Coastal will turn your Swiss cheese of a 1940 home into an impregnable fortress of solitude, free from critters of today and tomorrow. Exclusion is freaking expensive. Google agrees, regardless of state and company, so save yourself the headache and follow the ☆☆☆☆☆ reviews for Coastal. I'll follow back up with more good news once my home is critter-free. After doing the research and asking any and everyone I know who has experienced a similar situation, my shocking quote was very fair and the plan of action combined with customer service are truly unparalleled.
