Let me start by saying that I have a genuine irrational terror of rodents. I called this company because I was hearing bumping and scurrying over my head in sunroom office. The person they sent to inspect lead me to believe that the noise was inside the house confirming my greatest fear. He sold me a package that would seal the house from critters address soffit weak places and set traps in my crawl space and treat the crawl space for $3,000.00 + $79 per month, that is the extent of my fear. They came out and did exactly what he said they would do. So why the low mark? It did not solve the problem; did not even address the problem. If he was a wild life intrusion inspector, how is it that he could not diagnose the lack of intrusion. I still consistently hear noise and scurrying over my head in the sunroom roof, which I always said was the issue not just that there is really nothing they can do about it. I will try an owl on the roof. I was stupid and manipulated and led by my fear. This is a warning to you, if you want a company that will be honest and not greedy look somewhere else.
