Been training for a year and have to say from the first class, never looked back. Training is some of the best I've seen in any CrossFit box. Not just technically good but also uplifting and fun. Everyone knows you, and works to build relationships and a real community. Great gym to be a part of or just drop in for a class.

Been crossfitting for over 12 years so have dropped-in all over and Crossfit One Nation is amongst the best. Checks all the requisite boxes - huge space, every piece of equipment you can imagine, great coaching, friendly community. Bonus was offering multiple Sunday morning classes alongside an open gym. Personal anecdote about Sam, owner and head coach - I accidentally left my credit card at the gym and when I called Sam on Sunday night, no hesitation in coordinating for me to get it back before I left town. Thank you Sam!

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been a member to. The coaches are super professional and friendly, the place provides top notch equipment that keep updating on a weekly basis. It is so much more than a gym, it is the home to a wonderful community led by the owner and his great team. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

This is a top notch CrossFit facility! Coach Sam, Kevin, and Denise are the absolute best in the business. They prioritize quality movement and safety above all else while still holding a fun, challenging class session. The facility came under new ownership last year and the equipment upgrades as well as the growing sense of community have been incredibly positive changes. The gym is family friendly, accessible to athletes of all ages and abilities, and a place where competitive CrossFitters can utilize plentiful open gym space and time for additional training. They also have a very strong Master's competitor group for members of the over 40 crowd still looking to throwdown. Highly recommend!!

I could not recommend CrossFit One Nation enough! The community and coaching staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. All of the coaches at One Nation welcome athletes regardless of their fitness levels and athletic experience, as they consistently offer multiple scaling options. With the class structure, accessibility of the workouts, and great equipment options, the environment of this gym brings out the best in everyone. I recently moved to Needham from out of state and have been a member here for a couple months. I came from a gym that had excellent coaches, equipment, and community. I’m grateful to have found CrossFit ONE Nation. The coaches are all outstanding - knowledgeable, qualified, and experienced. There are plenty of class times to choose from and plenty of equipment to support the workouts. I strongly recommend this gym to newcomers, experienced athletes, and everyone in between.

I've been going to One Nation for quite awhile now. I came for the fitness, but I stay for so much more. I have occasionally tried other "boxes" and this is by far my favorite!
