Tricia is absolutely amazing at what she does! I started seeing Tricia after having a hysterectomy with complications. She was very detailed to ensure that my pelvic floor health was front of mind during my recovery. Along with this, she also started to treat my lower back pain. She approached it with both information and proper exercises/stretches. The progression was a great balance of challenging with attainable goals. On top of being able to alleviate my lower back pain, she also approached my knee problems. I had an injury over a decade ago, and I wore a brace for all physical activity since (even with seeing two previous PTs). With her help, I no longer need my knee brace and am continuing to strengthen my body and work towards overall better health. I could not have done any of this without Tricia and her expertise! Less
