I started working with Tricia not too long ago. I struggled with urgency, urinary leaking, a weak pelvic floor, and more. I also struggled with a weak right hip and many hip muscle issues. Within the first two weeks of working with Tricia, and doing the exercises, my urgency went away, I stopped leaking, and I started to have a lot less pain. I also learned so much. I felt confident as a woman again. Empowered. Thank you to Tricia and Home Therapy Solutions for helping me get back my confidence. I’m still at it and hope to continue my work with them. I’m so happy I found such knowledgeable experts and Drs of Physical Therapy and the pelvic floor.

My OT and PT therapists were so knowledgeable and professional. With their guidanceI was able to regain my strength and mobility. While continuing my exercises, I am looking forward to Spring when I can work in my flower gardens and go for relaxing walks. Thanks Home Therapy!

HTS is amazing. Every OBGYN would be doing their patients a favor to refer to HTS pelvic floor therapists during and after pregnancy! This helped me so much through pregnancy & postpartum through a number of different issues during all the different stages.Their OTs and PTs are all extremely patient and kind and I’ve had them care for my own grandparent(s) through dementia and other issues as well.I’ll continue to refer any friends and family in the Grand Forks area to HTS that might need an OT, PT, or pelvic floor help because I know they will be in great hands!

Highly recommend in-person post partum PT for strengthening and symptom relief. I had a great experience with Dr Tricia who made personalized recommendations based on my current ability. I started at around 4 weeks post partum and feel more confident and motivated to continue strengthening at home. Hopefully one day I can come back for prenatal strengthening again!

My overall experience with Madysen has been life changing. She brings care back to caregivers! Genuinely and actively takes interest in your case. Pelvic floor was just the beginning of my treatment. I also get dry needling with electric stimulation. It’s worth looking into. I am pain free today, my walk is normal again, and my numbnesses is all but gone. I began my Physical Therapy at Home Therapy Solutions in the fall of 2024. They were offering a free pelvic floor assessment. I had been experiencing frequent & embarrassing issues so I thought I'd give it a try. I had nothing to lose since it was a free assessment. Madyson R. was the PT I was scheduled with. After a few sessions, my symptoms began to improve. A few more and they were nearly gone! Madyson was able to connect other chronic issues I have been experiencing for decades to possibly affecting my pelvic floor. She started working on my lower back pain. Since I was a kid I have had pain resulting from many injuries due to falling on cement when roller skating, being bucked off horses, skiing injuries, overworked, the list goes on. Over the next couple of months, Madyson was able to relieve me of this pain and heal my body!!! What a blessing!! Then in late December I fell hard on ice which resulted in whiplash...Madyson got to work on my neck and shoulders. Then this spring I injured my IT Band and meniscus and was in excruciating pain. Madyson to the rescue! She's been working on that too and I am doing much better!Madyson has incorporated many PT techniques and exercises and even dry needling into my healing journey. She's an incredible PT and teacher as she educates me on the anatomy. It's quite fascinating how the body works and heals. I have been able to avoid surgery thus far.Another plus is my insurance covers all but $20 co-pay per visit and dry needling.I didn't know living without chronic pain was a possibility until now! Madysen has been treating my teenage daughter for several issues relating to her health and her sports. I am so appreciative for all that she has done to help my daughter!
