I had to use the transport to go home from the hospital who was responsible for calling the company. The two employees were very friendly and helpful. The driver said he would do his best to avoid holes in the streets as I told them I had a bad back.It was already dark. When I got home they had to take me up three flights of stairs using an automatic type chair of their’s.They did an excellent job and the service was very good. They were as gentle as possible for my transport home and I was very pleased.

I recently needed assistance with transporting my 90 year old father to an appointment. I live upstairs and needed assistance with taking my father down the stairs to his specialist appointment and reached out to Medicare Transport. The staff is amazing , they treated my father with so much respect and made sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely call them again for any future transportation I may need as well as recommend to others.

They kept my appointment date and arrive on time when I was ready to leave the va hospital. They assisted me for the recovery room to the transportation van. And brought me straight to my door step.
