I ordered some glass centrifuge tubes that looked great when I received them but the opening at the top was too narrow for my work. When I emailed to inquire about this issue, customer service was great, with prompt responses and helping me to stay on top of getting an exchange done. In the end, I went with a different product. I am very happy with the tubes that I got in exchange and the representative that was assisting me did a stand out job with helping me throughout the entire process.
