She provided us with very transparent comps to ensure that we sold our house at a price we wanted while also ensuring that we didn’t price ourselves out of the market! We never waited long for a call back or text from her and she always kept us in the loop on where we are in the process. I met my realtor, Brittany, at an open house for a home I was interested in. Although that house didn’t work out, once I decided it was time to keep looking, I gave her the general location I wanted and she sent me listings matching my price range and preferences. Brittany was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Not only did she find me a house I love, she and her broker got some logistical issues with the closing company rectified on a Saturday afternoon so we could close on Monday. They really went to bat for me and earned their commission. I highly recommend Brittany and the Kevo office she works out of.
