Getting in contact with David Fuchs was rather easy; Jessica came to where I lived and helped me with finding a physical therapist and began working on my case almost immediately. However, after this, working with David and his team also had its downsides. Speaking with David directly was difficult and it being almost an exact year since my accident I’ve spoken with him only 3 times and two of which were because I demanded it. Our three conversations were as follows: 1. Our initial conversation, I was looking for an attorney to hire. He was very vigilant and determined to take my case. 2. I had to demand to speak with him after months of not hearing any updates and being down right frustrated with lack of communication with him and his team, all while being brushed off by Jessica when I did inquire about the case. 3. I was called into his office to sign paperwork after once again not hearing back from them. I noticed that he was around the corner and he began casually speaking to me about me about my injuries. At this point, the case was done and all that was left was review. Jessica was incredibly rude during the duration of the case. When calling for information and trying to understand timeframes or what was to happen next, she would say things like “ don’t call me I’ll call you” or “ you’re a grown adult you can make these decisions on your own”. Aside from the frustration of communication, I even had to contact the hospital, therapist, and others to review bills and request waivers as I was told they would drop the case if it couldn’t be done. I would not recommend David Fuchs or his team to assist with any case and I would urge someone in need of an attorney to do proper diligence. Less
