I am now paying more to get them removed after paying $700 for them back in Dec/Jan. They have faded poorly, look blurry, are the wrong color, and have blowout on one side that's painfully obvious. I have to fill them in every day which defeats the purpose of permanent brows.The staff was friendly and accommodating overall and I really wanted to love it there, but I am just too dissatisfied with my brow service. Today I had a nano/ombre/powder service with Amanda. This appointment comes one week after my consultation with her where I left completely satisfied. Between my consultation and actual service I underwent a medical procedure which left me less than mobile. Amanda was more than accommodating to my needs. We took our time with the mapping and ensured I was completely satisfied with the results and then we started the process. I’m not sure how to describe the sensation of the needle but on a scale of 1-10, it’s about a 6. If your skin takes to the numbing cream it’s reduced to a 3 or 4. She allowed me to check the progress after the first pass and It was very natural looking. I was honestly shocked and was expecting harsh lines (my worst fear). I only needed two passes for the first session and will be back in 30 days for my touch up. I left the appointment trying a natural/softer look with the intention of seeing how they work for my everyday life. At the touch up I will decide whether to go a little wider, darker, or longer with brow length. I had every single question answered and I had plenty. The responses I got helped me make my decision and made me feel comfortable with the process. Especially since she made a custom color blend to perfectly match my skin tone instead of just giving me a brown or black color (my second worst fear). Price wise it’s definitely an investment and I recommend you do your research and decide what’s best for you. I highly recommend Amanda for this process. Less

First off I’d like to say that my lash artist was nice. That’s about it. I came in for a hybrid set for $200 and without telling me they added points that I guess cost an extra 70$ from the hybrid - found this out after getting sent to the register. That’s not what I’m complaining about tho - they honored what I asked for. Less then 24 hours after my set I have 6-7 FANS come out… no showering no ... More

I called right away and tried to get in. They told me they would reserve a time at 10am and if I couldn’t make it then Wednesday my day off would be to late to honor there 48 hour guarantee - I called at 9:30 to let them know I was on the way and I may be couple minutes late. She then tells me they didn’t reserve the appointment and she couldn’t see me until 1:30 - at this point I already took off 4 hours from my shift to get them fixed. I wait in town for over an hour and she finally says that the lash artist is now there and to come - I was finish my breakfast downtown and went straight there - I got there 15 minutes after she called to tell me that someone was now available. When I went in she told me that I was to late and that they now couldn’t see me and offered an appointment 3-4 hours later. I can’t do that , I already drove an hour and 20 minutes to get to them this morning and took time off. Now I asked instead - can we just discount my fill in two weeks and I deal with half an eye of lashes/ she then brings up the original issue of me scheduling and asking for a hybrid and that they already gave me a discount before because of that issue. I am so disappointed and now have waisted so much time. To the point of why are all the lashes falling off? I don’t know. Worst 200$ I’ve ever spent. Less

The lift is the very slightest lift, and seems to not be holding very well. I actually am curling my lashes every morning to get the desired look. When I first made the apt the girl had canceled my apt day of due to some medical issue (not a super big deal however inconvenient since I made the apt with them cus I didn’t want to wait for my other lady) she offered me a $10 off discount if I rescheduled with her so I did. However I never did get that discount (never been the one to ask for a discount, especially if I was already offered it). Honestly since she canceled the first time I was going to just call my usual girl to see if she could get me in since a week had past but since she offered me that discount I decided to go here.
