Avoid Kennedy, she is not experienced enough . I had a bad experience with customer service on top walking out of there with mismatched lashes on my eyes. It was a disappointment. When I tried to schedule with another more experienced artist I was given the rrun around and told they will never have openings in their schedule. Bad business.

I held off from making this review but I think its worth possibly saving someone from the issues I have gone through.I would not recommend getting your permanent brows here unless it is someone with years of experience, which I thought was my artist but she was new to the service. I am now paying more to get them removed after paying $700 for them back in Dec/Jan. They have faded poorly, look blurry, are the wrong color, and have blowout on one side that's painfully obvious. I have to fill them in every day which defeats the purpose of permanent brows.The staff was friendly and accommodating overall and I really wanted to love it there, but I am just too dissatisfied with my brow service.

If you are considering microblading, go to Miss Priss! Jin Mi is amazing! I have had my eyebrows done for two years and I love them. Miss Priss is a comfortable, professional environment and everyone I have experienced there is kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I love how smooth the entire process and experience is. Having my eyebrows done has taken an incredible amount of stress out of my makeup routine.

I had made an appointment with them, I needed to cancel it to own personal things, I had been trying to get in contact with them multiple times a week before my appointment. I even texted multiple times with their number. I finally went in person after leaving 6 voicemails and a couple text messages. When I got there, the lady was sitting at the front desk. Ignoring calls and text messages. I asked to reschedule and did that in person. I decided to cancel my appointment about a week ago because I found a better salon. I still haven’t heard from them about cancelling my appointment. They have horrible communication with their potential clients and it’s just not worth the trouble to even take time out of my way to support their business. Will not be recommending them.

Jin Mi at Miss Priss Lash and Brow is a true artist! My brow lamination turned out flawless—perfectly lifted, shaped, and full. I didn’t think this was possible and thought I’d need a microblade to achieve this look. While I may eventually go that route, Jin Mi educated me on what she thought was needed. She was meticulous, explained every step, and made sure I left with brows that suit my face beautifully. If you want expert-level results, this is the place!
