Great job. Very happy with Jason's work. Our doors and openers are approaching 20 years old. Doors made a lot of noise and bounced when opening. It took Jason only a few minutes to figure out and explain the problems. After replacing the bad parts and lubricating everything the doors now open like they did when new. Thanks for a great job!... I received a garage door opened for my birthday this year but had no one to install it for me. I had heard great things about Acord but boy, were they wrong. Initially the woman who answers the phone started off nice, but towards the end I dreaded calling her. I received a garage door opened for my birthday this year but had no one to install it for me. I had heard great things about Acord but boy, were they wrong. Initially the woman who answers the phone started off nice, but towards the end I dreaded calling her. They told me because I did not purchase one of their openers that I would have to be fit in, but they were willing to do it. I appreciated them "fitting" me in but I didn't know the hell I would be going through to get them here. They called me this morning and stated they could come today and I initially said no because I need more than an hour notice because I have three dogs and my boyfriend works from home (phone based job). I then called back after my mother agreed to come over and help with the dogs as I had to go to work. I was told he would be there around 10am and I asked that they call when they arrive so they could deal with my dogs (they bark). After not hearing from them, I called around 10:45am for her to tell me she would call him and see where he was at (mind you, he was already at this job at 8:40am when she initially called). She called back and stated that he was taking longer than expected but would be there soon. An hour passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called once more. The woman working the phone is the RUDEST person I've ever encountered over the phone. She raised her voice and began to give me attitude because I was calling again. I explained to her I understood they were fitting us in but we were still paying customers and it was super inconvenient to tell us the day of and then not be there at the time they stated. She continued her attitude with me and didn't give a sincere apology. Not long after, the man arrived at my home but there was no phone call as I requested and my mother had to run outside to get him because my boyfriend was on the phone with a customer and the dogs were barking. They did a great job installing our opener, but my god it was hell to get someone out to our house and the woman was the WORST. They treated us like crap because we weren't purchasing one of their products, but to me we were still paying customers and should have been treated as such. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
