Even tho charges for massage is expensive this was my 3rd visit but not coming again the staff who did massage she was the youngest among them asking for more tip I taught giving tip is part of customers choice are you staff not getting paid ?Updating the review bcoz management looked after the issue and called to apologize that shows they give importance to customerThank you.

I’ve been here once before and got really good relief in my neck and shoulders, so I booked the same massage for today, but the majority of the time was spent on my back and arms. I came for relief in my neck and shoulders, and was confused by the end of my appointment since it was really focused on my back and arms.I took a look online after my appointment to make sure I booked the right massage and I’m seeing there’s a discrepancy when booking. It’s labeled a head, neck & shoulder massage (what I was hoping for) but underneath it says back, neck & shoulder massage.I pointed out my problem areas and assumed she’d eventually make her way up to my neck and shoulders, but I wish I spoke up more during the massage.

The massage I got was great for deep tissue, but I scheduled a traditional thai with no oil. The table was comfortable and the location is nice. I would recommend them if you want deep tissue or swedish.

Deep tissue massage of my dreams. Scheduled last minute when I had a migraine coming on and they saved me. Such a thorough, intentional massage full of deep stretching and perfect pressure to actually work out tension. I will definitely be back.

I have tried this place a few times and each time, the customer service is horrible. I asked Kelly if she could work on my calves a little bit longer since that was my major problem area and the sole purpose of me coming there, and she breathed heavily an got an attitude with me. When I tried to be friendly after the massage, she just completely ignored me. Each time I go, it just seems rushed and like I’m in the way. I don’t need to pay to have someone be disrespectful to me. Won’t be returning.

What a terrible deep tissue massage experience. While booking on thr phone, I specifically asked for a provider who can provide deep manual pressure. I was asked if I'm comfortable with being stepped on, which I replied I'd be more comfortable with manual pressure. During the appointment- I voiced several times how I wished for firmer/harder pressure. Pressure provided was quite light. The provider used her forearm and elbow for the adhessions/ pressure point areas- which she executed in a terrible way. It was done in such an unprofessional therapeutic manner. It felt terrible on the recipient end.My complaint is that if im asking specifically for a therapist known got their (manual) deep tissue techniques- then I expect the recommendation to be of match. Moreover, at this price point- I expect the quality of massage to be similar to LMT kind.

My bf booked us a couples massage for my birthday and it was soo relaxing. i believe kelly did me and she was so skilled and very kind. We will definately be back again soon! it was $200 for the 60 min massage, and was 100% worth it.
