The drinks are great but wish the menu was updated more often. We were going there with friends for quite a while. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with one of the employees who has been there for awhile has made our visits uncomfortable. Her attitude toward customers has come across as rude and unwelcoming, and the customer service we’ve experienced when she is working has been disappointing. We stopped going for that reason. We really enjoyed the drinks and would of continued to come but until the customer service issue is addressed we will take a break and try again in the future.

I had such a great experience at Canoe Creek Nutrition! Arianna was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. She was so helpful and had such a positive attitude. The salted caramel shake was absolutely creamy, flavorful, and the perfect treat! I highly recommend!

Today I got a Strawberry Cheesecake shake and a Mango Tango. I’m always a customer here, but after what happened today, I won’t be going back again.I had almost finished my Strawberry Cheesecake shake when something weird came up through the straw. It looked like a piece of raw chicken, and the texture was absolutely disgusting. I immediately spit it out because I was so grossed out.I called the store right away and sent them pictures. They told me they didn’t know what it was, and I’m still waiting for answers. The lack of an explanation or resolution has made this experience even more upsetting.I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience has completely changed my mind. I’m still grossed out and very disappointed
