Being a single income earner with family made it impossible for a refinance approval from any bank. Thank God, I got in touch with Simple Property Lending who made the whole process a breeze. Not only I got a better deal from a new financial provider but we also managed to clear out my other debts and just focus on the mortgage payment alone, leaving me with more money to put into our savings account and other family commitments too.
