Update:Tiffini and Nate came by our home today and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction! Thank you!Initial review:I wanted to give Tiffini and Pro-Fresh Houston a 5 star rating. But we had an appointment set up 2 weeks in advance and come the day of the appointment, she was a no call and no show. Then we had another appointment set up for her to return to finish the job, again she was a no call and no show and that’s after I have paid her for the work done, go figure! I tried multiple times to call and text her with no response. I finally was able to reach her partner Victor who said he would have her contact me, but guess what….I still haven’t heard from her, still waiting Tiffini! Buyer Beware! Less
