There are so many good things to say about Pro Fresh. They helped us with our Saltillo refinish and just recently today our dryer vent cleaning. Both Tiffani and Bryce have gone above and beyond for us during both services. They are punctual, polite, honest and reliable.We recently bought our home in May that came with old Saltillo floors that had not been maintained. Out of every service provider we have dealt with during our home renovation, they have been the easiest and kindest to deal with. We shopped around for quotes and were kind of stuck because the prices were very high. They were able to work with us and gave us an extremely reasonable price. They finished our refinishing in two days working from morning to late in the evening. Their work ethic is unmatched. They were able to help us with the refinishing and we did the sealing on our own to save money. They even offered to help us with that and gave us a lot of pointers.Just recently today Bryce came out to clean our dryer vent because it was taking more than two cycles to dry our clothes and once again he went above and beyond, checking stuff out for us involving our AC that he did not have to do at all but he did just because of the awesome human being he is.We will use them every time for any of the services they provide. Bryce with Pro-Fresh Houston did an outstanding job. The entire process was professional from start to finish, and I appreciated the detailed report with photos showing exactly what was cleaned. They addressed growth in the plenum, replaced my air filter, and cleaned the dryer vent as well. The transparency and documentation gave me confidence that the work was actually completed.
