I brought my car to Dean after getting some pretty deep scratches on the side panel. I knew that it probably wouldn’t be a 100% factory new repair. Dean was very honest and upfront about that. He clearly explained my best options and what results I could realistically expect.The final outcome exceeded my expectations, the paint match was done as best as possible and the scratches are no longer noticeable unless you’re really looking for them. Most people would never know there was damage there to begin with.On top of the great work, Dean is mobile and will come directly to your location, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. I really appreciated his transparency, attention to detail, and professionalism. Highly recommend him!

Dean Bithell came to my home to detail our 3-year-old BMW, which had developed multiple splotchy color discolorations on the hood from being parked under trees. In just under four hours, he did an amazing job restoring the shine and depth of the paint — the hood and rest of car look fantastic. The interior cleaning was immaculate, with every surface spotless. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail, efficiency, and the overall quality of the work. 5 stars!

This review will be long, but I have a lot of positive information to share. No pictures were enhanced or used filters, this is non deceptive review. This is how these vehicles would look, if you were to show up at my house right now. I started with the GT350R, then the Tesla and then the Raptor, I did one right after another because Dean did such a great job on the GT350R, that I didn’t want to kill the momentum. Dean is very professional, punctual, a detail artist, communicative and very trustworthy, but be patient - he is very busy, he is just one man. One of the biggest selling points for me, was the fact that he was going to come to my house and do the work. I didn’t have to drop the vehicle off for a day or days. I don’t like dropping off vehicles, where I cannot monitor them. I am always hesitant about hiring people to do things for me, because I don’t have faith that they are going to put in as much effort as I would do. I am very meticulous and anal with my possessions, especially my vehicles. My vehicles may not be special to anyone else, but they’re mine, and I take very good care of them. So, when I contacted Dean, he was very personable and knowledgeable, and he impressed me. I knew this was the person I wanted detailing my vehicles. I was at work while Dean was at my house, yet I was able to open my garage (via WiFi) and allow him to use the restroom, get the keys to the vehicles and get drinks out of my refrigerator. (My dogs like him too). Dean will keep you updated throughout the day with photos and messages about the progress of the job he is performing, communication is superb. The 2017 Shelby GT350R was rather simple, it just needed a little touch up and a ceramic coating because it sits in the garage by itself under a satin cover. The 2023 Tesla model Y needed more attention because it is driven a minimum of 70 miles a day, 5 days a week down hwy 12 where it is constantly exposed to the weather and bugs. The 2013 F-150 Raptor needed the most attention, because it spent a lot of time in Texas and Louisiana, and that hot sun is brutal on vehicle paint. It had swirls and the decals were faded and decaying. For the last 5 years, the Raptor is rarely driven and I use a truck cover and tire covers, so I was able to prevent more damage from the sun on the paint and wheels.I bought a 2017 Shelby GT350R with 1,023 miles on it, and I wanted it protected with a ceramic coating. Dean was very straightforward in describing how the process would unfold. The car had been sitting for 3 years prior to me purchasing it. Dean gave it a great shine, and it is very easy to clean. The ceramic coating of the paint, glass, plastics and the carbon fiber wheels and carbon fiber spoiler was amazing.The 2023 Tesla Y had some swirls and many bugs in the paint. Dean was able to restore the paint to almost new (the car has a little over 30,000 miles on it), and gave it a beautiful shine. The car looks spectacular, and it is extremely easy to clean. The bugs, dust and other debris comes right off now. It’s almost unbelievable, but it is as Dean advertised.The 2013 F-150 Raptor (93,865 miles and had been driven 5 round trips from Louisiana to California) needed the most help. This truck had 9,788 miles on it when I bought it 05/09/2015. I don’t go mudding in this truck, I use it to go on beaches and play in the sand. I have been very resistant to anyone touching it, but Dean came, explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what it was going to look like. I was very skeptical, but I ordered new decals - for the bed and the hood. Dean removed the 3 decals and installed the new ones. Then he proceeded to clay bar, polish and ceramic coat my truck. The truck had a serious makeover, I was doubtful it would ever look so good again, but it does.I go out everyday, and admire the beauty of my vehicles, I wish I had the talent to do this, but I am just an amateur. Dean is a professional, and if you are serious about bringing life back to your prized possession(s), call him, you will not be disappointed.

Dean took on a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado I had. After 6 months of driving around my Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, the truck was in rough shape, including hair, slobber on windows and upholstery and more. Unfortunately its a work truck and by the time I got around to writing this it was on to the next guy, but the word immaculate doesn't cover the service he provided. It looked like a new truck. He beat expectations and I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dean, hell of a job.

Dean has done probably 10 or so mobile detailing's for our team and every time it just leaves us in awe. We run a construction company and so our trucks get hammered by day in and day out constant abuse. Every time Dean is done the trucks look like they have been babied there whole life and are just spotless. Dean did an absolutely amazing job detailing my husband’s Toyota Tundra. I don’t think it’s looked this good since it drove off the lot in 2008! Dean took the time to go above and beyond to make the truck sparkle and shine, inside and out. He removed pet hair that’s been “stuck” in the carpet for years, got rid of dirt and grime from daily driving and road trips, cleaned the leather seats, and made his headlights look brand new. He also somehow got years of perpetual mud out of the wheels and wheel wells, leaving them sparkling. I would recommend his mobile services for all types of cars a million times over, and will absolutely go back to him next time we get a car detailed.Finding a qualified and professional detailed can be hard…Dean makes it easy! Great communication, fair prices, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work!

I never review anything online, but I’m making an exception because Dean did such an awesome job on the paint correction for my boat.There were several flaws in the paint on my boat, and some were so severe, that I wasn’t sure they could even be corrected. Everything from light scratches, to J-hooks, to orange peel, to clear coat drips, to epoxy overspray on the paint from the floor coating.I initially contacted Bithell’s to see how much of this Dean thought he’d be able to salvage. Within a day or two, he came to my house to take a look for himself, and to do a trial spot on some of the worst flaws.The next day he was able to do the rest of the boat. And let me tell you, it looks a heck of a lot better than it did before!Some of the paint issues that I truly thought were uncorrectable, are completely gone, and those spots are now as smooth as glass.Dean has great attention to detail, patience, and a very easy going attitude that makes him super easy to work with.I know I am especially picky and critical, and he was able to get everything as perfect as can be with a very accommodating and cooperative attitude the entire time.I would certainly recommend his services to family and friends, and I will be using him again in the future.

Sure anyone can detail a car. I’m not here to get into the nuances of what is or is not a perfect detailing job for every individual. For this individual, everything was perfect. Clean. Organized.
