We are in Lakeland for a baseball tournament and I knew I needed to find a CrossFit gym to get to to workout. I searched ones near where we are at and CrossFitOCI was the first one to pop up and had great reviews. I was able to do a drop in at 6 am (not my usual time to workout) and met coach DJ who was very welcoming and had great energy. The box was clean and well organized, my only complaint- they ONLY have Echo bikes 😂😂😂 seriously, I’m already planning on going back tomorrow morning while we are here. I love that my fitness doesn’t have to be put on pause while I’m out of town!

This is my FAVORITE gym in Lakeland (and I’ve tried a few)! I was new to CrossFit, and the coaches and community made it so approachable! I felt welcome from my first class, and have seen so much growth in my time there. If you’re looking for a great gym and community, you need to go!

This is the best gym in Lakeland! I have been a member for almost 8 years and have never stuck to something for this long. The coaches are encouraging and fun. The members are so kind. It’s a really special place!

OCI has been my gym now for 2 years, and has easily become the highlight of my week. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful (and also so fun). The sense of community at each workout is palpable. I've had an amazing experience at this CrossFit gym. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about helping everyone improve regardless of their fitness level. I did my first CrossFit workout with OCI and I couldn’t be happier this is where I picked to try it out and get to know the sport!Coach DJ was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and patient with the right amount of push for my first go at it! The crew that was in the 6am class with me made me feel comfortable and like I had a team on my side while figuring it all out.The process to sign up was so easy and the communication throughout has been incredible, so glad I went for it and I’ll certainly be back!

Owner and members make you feel very comfortable. Being new to this gym I didn't know what to expect and I was welcomed with open arms. I had to leave this gym due to work schedule issues in moving out of town. No issues with canceling my membership no jumping through hoops. Just honest good people. Can't wait to come back!!!

Just wow! I dropped in while visiting from out of town and I was blown away by how nice everyone was! Truly no egos in sight, people were so welcoming and there was a great team spirit. I'm also very impressed by the efficient use of space and equipment, they really maximize the space they have. I will definitely be coming back to work out next time I'm in Lakeland :)
