Boy, how can I begin to describe Alteza… Look, I cook wings. A LOT of wings. I go through hundreds of pounds of wings a day. And I need fryers. Not baby fryers, not ‘oooo table 3 needs some fwench fwies’ fryers. I need industrial strength, premium grade, monster fryers. The kind that can survive the apocalypse and be passed down for generations. And when I need a fryer - there’s one company and one alone I call. Alteza. I had used other providers in the past, and let me tell you - bad, bad, bad. I was turned onto Alteza by a friend of a friend, and let me tell you - great great great. They’re incredibly helpful, they often work around MY schedule. And I work a restaurant schedule, and they work around it! Can you believe it? Plus, they’re just all around good folks - the kind you’d bring to a bonfire with a bunch of other friends and not worry about them fitting in because you know in your heart of hearts they’ll groove with the vibe. I’ve ever vigilant on our expansion plan, and want dozens of locations, and with dozens of locations comes multiples more of fryers. And I plan of buying every single one from Alteza. I was suddenly dealing with my double ovens failing, with all the logistical delays everyone is experiencing, shutting down the business for a few days was starting to feel inevitable. I met with Hayden at the Alteza warehouse and we discussed in detail what I was facing. Hayden asked for a couple of hours so that he could find me a solution that would allow my business to remain open. The next day I had a temporary oven found, delivered, and installed by his equally amazing team. Hayden finds the right solution for you instead of always trying to sell you a product. Daniel and Hayden worked their butts off for me! I'm opening a new business so I'm currently broke, but still needed a refrigerator. Daniel got me a great deal on and returned fridge, which need some cosmetic help, but it worked fine. I had it for less than a month and it stopped holding the correct temperature. My go-to move is either jump down peoples throats, or sob uncontrollably. Hayden completely disarmed me and said he would bring me a loaner fridge THAT DAY so I could pass inspection. We figured all of this out at 4pm. They were going to send a tech out to fix the old fridge, but I decided to get a new one, so the delivery guy took the old one and left the loaner. The next day he came back with the new fridge I purchased and took the loaner. My previous purchase was credited to the new one, and I was given a discount for all the trouble. Other places I tried to get a fridge from couldn't even communicate properly with, let alone bend over backwards to make sure I got what I needed, when I needed it. There were no questions asked, no hoops for me to jump through. They just handled everything. I am so appreciative and thankful we found Alteza! Less
