Boy, how can I begin to describe Alteza… Look, I cook wings. A LOT of wings. I go through hundreds of pounds of wings a day. And I need fryers. Not baby fryers, not ‘oooo table 3 needs some fwench fwies’ fryers. I need industrial strength, premium grade, monster fryers. The kind that can survive the apocalypse and be passed down for generations. And when I need a fryer - there’s one company and one alone I call. Alteza. I had used other providers in the past, and let me tell you - bad, bad, bad. I was turned onto Alteza by a friend of a friend, and let me tell you - great great great. They’re incredibly helpful, they often work around MY schedule. And I work a restaurant schedule, and they work around it! Can you believe it? Plus, they’re just all around good folks - the kind you’d bring to a bonfire with a bunch of other friends and not worry about them fitting in because you know in your heart of hearts they’ll groove with the vibe. I’ve ever vigilant on our expansion plan, and want dozens of locations, and with dozens of locations comes multiples more of fryers. And I plan of buying every single one from Alteza.
