Well, what do I write about Jonathan (Johnnie), his family and team! There is nothing I can say in a review that will do justice to the work, the professionalism, the understanding and the trust him and Ecofusion maintained in our very long remodel of the house.We bought our first house this September. It’s old and even though structurally the house is fine, it needed a lot of upkeep from kitchen cabinets, to overgrown yards. I also wanted to install a new rental suite using a part of the house that we didn’t need.I agonised over choosing a contractor and met with several. Jonathan impressed me in the very first visit and was willing to work with the budget I had in mind. He suggested innovative ideas to keep costs in control, which all made sense.Now, doing a 3 month renovation in itself is harrowing and I have heard countless stories of contractors leaving midway. But when you are not even going to be in the country, then it requires utmost trust in the contractor. My family had to travel to India from Oct-Dec 2025 and I had really didn’t have anyone to check the progress. Johnnie assured me that he will get the work done, and provide me with status updates and walkthroughs whenever I needed. And he did just that. For almost 3 months Johnnie and his team worked on the remodel by themselves, continuously keeping me posted every step of the way.When I got back in early Jan, I was even pleasantly surprised by a few extra gifts that Johnnie had done for the house himself! The tv unit in the photos is one of those :)Over time, he’s even become a good friend and a sounding board. I’m so glad I chose Johnnie and his team and I can’t wait to use his services again!!Absolutely recommend!
