this place exceeded my expectations. I had a flat tire and within half an hour the tow truck was there. I received updates throughout the day, and when I came time to pick up the vehicle, The cost was comparable to what I was expecting to pay. They even did some maintenance on the vehicle at no cost. Klis did what my original mechanic couldn’t or was flat out too lazy to do! This is my 4th Infiniti and I am familiar with the platform and problems that come with these older cars. With that being said this was my first coupe so not only did it have the usual sedan issues to expect but it had electrical issues my first mechanic chased and threw his hands in the air and told me to take my car off his lot because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the car and why it went into limp mode before it completely died and sat for Months! I called Klis Brothers and Tony answered the phone and listened to my dilemma. He was up for the challenge and treated my problems as if they were his. He was very clear in the time frame of how long diagnostic and repairs would take. He was very patient with me through out the process and had explained how they operate and what to expect so I agreed to have him tow my car to his shop where I met his Master Tech Alex. We talked and I knew right away he had the experience to figure out and actually Trouble Shoot and Diagnose the Real Solution. It turned out that my Ecu was not communicating or putting out enough voltage. Tony found a Pre-Programmed ECU, so not only did he save me money on a programmer but the headache of getting the part. After installing the Ecu Alex changed the vin on the Ecu to match in order for the car to communicate with the scanner to find out the ignition coil pack #4 went bad and melted. They even went above and beyond to make sure my oil was good after sitting for so long and they found that gas had diluted into the oil so they changed the oil and battery while they were at it to ensure the reliability of my vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better service for the money I paid. Also inspected my vehicle and put gas in the car WoW! Thanks guys you have a new found client .

Burnt out my clutch and flywheel over right between Christmas and New Years. 20+ year old Subaru Forester. Their team worked all Friday and Saturday to get me back on the road. Excellent communication and service. Car drives great. Considering the circumstances, this could not have gone better and I'm glad I found this place. I brought my Nissan Titan in here from a AAA towing. They charged me to do a bunch of things. None of which actually fixed my car. I had to bring the car in multiple times, never was the problem solved. It is now 5 months later and i brought and i brought my car to a different shop, who has been able to diagnose and fix the car for a much lower price. Overall i would not recommend this repair shop. They were all very nice, but I'm looking for a mechanic to fix my car, not just nice people.

On our way to a wedding. We suffered a massive tire blowout on the LIE called AAA they sent us Klis brothers towing who presented themselves so well I chose to let them do not only the tire repair but also the body work the car needed They worked with the insurance adjuster, they worked with my schedule and they return my car looking and running better than it had before the accident I highly highly highly recommend their shop to anyone in the area. Amazing team, amazing work, personable, and professional. I went through AAA to try to get my car towed, and AAA struggled to find someone to help me for over 2 hours. Jose and Rodney at Klis Brothers went above and beyond to make sure I had a tow, while AAA did nothing. After receiving the car, they found the problem, offered me multiple solutions, and completed the work in amazing time. They followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was running well and to offer whatever else I needed. So thankful for this team and will be going back with any future vehicle issues!
