I joined CrossFit several years ago and it’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I’m not the type of person who will walk into a gym and plan my own workout, so this type of structured environment is perfect for me. The classes and coaching make a huge difference — everything is guided and the encouragement keeps me motivated to show up and push myself.One thing I really appreciate is how supportive the coaches are. Even after coming back from surgery, they always make sure there are modifications so I can still participate in classes and get the most out of my workouts safely. It truly feels like a community that wants to see everyone succeed, no matter their fitness level. I would recommend this gym to anyone!
