We always have such a wonderful time doing mini mindfulness. We have a session once a week with Kate and she is absolutely amazing!The children always go home and talk about their experiences, particularly about their meditation and new super powers each week.We notice such a difference in language, expression and articulation of emotions in young children from these sessions.Thank you! My daughter absolutely loves her after-school minime mindfulness club. She comes home calm, happy, and excited to tell me about what she’s learned each week. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and it’s been wonderful to see how much more confident and self-aware she’s become since joining.The teacher is truly lovely — kind, and incredibly supportive. She creates such a warm and welcoming environment where the children feel safe to express themselves and relax. I’m so grateful this club is available; it’s made a real positive difference for my daughter. Highly recommended!

My daughter has been going to Mini Mindfulness for a year now and she loves it! She always comes home with some insights into her emotions and makes beautiful crafts. Yesterday it was a mirror that has written affirmations all over it, which I love! Thank you Abbey

My daughter has been going to Abbey's classes for 3 years now. She looks forward to her weekly class , and learning her super powers that she has often used at home to help her regulate her emotions. I have contacted Abbey for her some help out side of the lessons, she has always been very willing to help and given us some amazing tips and recommendations to support our daughter. I have seen our daughter worry less, and can focus more on her super powers that are learnt in the lessons to make it easier for her.Thank you Abbey.
