I’ve had such a great experience so far! I’m brand new to CrossFit, and Zeke has been amazing during our one-on-one training while I get a feel for everything and learn the movements. He’s made the whole process feel way less intimidating and has been so helpful and encouraging along the way. The community here is also incredible and so welcoming. I’m really excited to keep learning and see where this journey takes me!

Everyone is literally the nicest! There is zero judgement and everyone is so respectful. I was a little intimidated at first but I was welcomed right away and encouraged to keep going. I had never done a CrossFit or HYROX or free weights workout before but the coaches all work with me to make me feel comfortable. Also the schedule for the classes fits perfectly for me, between work and kid activities!

Very clean facility. Equipment is top of the line. Very knowledgeable coaches that are fun and encouraging and allow you to scale anything you need to get your workouts done healthy, not hurt. And on top of all that, my favorite part is the community of people who are so uplifting and fun to be around. Onboarding process was also a piece of cake. As someone who was trained to think CrossFit was what kept physical therapists in business, this place has completely changed my mind. I’m hooked and having a blast! Zach and the crew are top tier.

Great culture, atmosphere, and coaches. Some coaches will overdo it, and some will be disengaged, but LBK fit coaches have it down! The warm-ups are so important for injury prevention, and they don’t skimp on it. You’ll be encouraged and challenged in all the healthy ways.

LBK Fit has been a blessing! The atmosphere is amazing and the coaches are always pushing you to get better! All of the athletes are super supportive, and the workouts always leave me feeling proud and sore, in a good way! I would recommend this gym to any beginner or advanced athlete.
