I thought I’d give LBK FIT a try when they had a promotion going on in January, and was hooked from the start. Everyone has been so welcoming and so encouraging. I chose this place because all the other crossfit gyms I call didnt have an air conditioner for the summer heat. I stayed because of the community.

I was told I will receive further guidance on this nutritional journey/diet. Did not receive meal plans, ideas on products, snacks, restaurant options and food tips I can implement into my daily nutrition, which was the primary reason I joined. There was no personalized coaching nor accountability other than the screenshot evaluation, which I was able to do myself. There is no platform to exchange ideas with fellow partners, ask questions, or learn from each other's experiences. I searched the group to possibly find helpful information, but there was nothing new; the podcasts I tried to listen to gave me an error message, when I reached out for help the answers given were basic and minimal. We were told we’ll receive a professional cookbook upon starting, which turned out to be a WordDoc with basic recipes tailored together, that customers sent in themselves. The program is more focused on getting access to your money than actually going the extra mile to help clients - which their lack of “money-back-guarantee” also proves. For long lasting results and happiness, I urge you to consider many of the other macro based programs out there. Less
