I started at LBK FIT in January of this year with no prior CrossFit experience. My husband has been going to LBK FIT for about a year now, and I was able to see how much he loved going to this gym and the community he got from it. I thought I’d give LBK FIT a try when they had a promotion going on in January, and was hooked from the start. Everyone has been so welcoming and so encouraging. I’m coming from zero CrossFit experience, and no one has made me feel less than for needing to scale the movements. The coaches are all so nice and are very good at explaining each movement and scaling option to help prevent any injuries. The facility is very bright and open making it feel very welcoming as well. I chose this place because all the other crossfit gyms I call didnt have an air conditioner for the summer heat. I stayed because of the community.
