⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding massage – truly transformativeI went in with a very tight, tender shoulder that ran down into my bicep and had been limiting my movement for a while. From start to finish, the session was incredibly professional and reassuring.What really stood out was her precision and confidence. She knew exactly where she was going and what she was doing, working the muscles flawlessly. It was definitely painful at times — but the right kind of pain, the kind you know is actually fixing the problem rather than masking it.I had assumed the issue was in the middle head of my deltoid, but she correctly identified that the real source was my trapezius. She followed the muscle back to the root of the problem and worked through it thoroughly, restoring movement and improving my range in both my shoulder and arm.I was a little tender afterwards, which was expected, but my shoulder and inner elbow felt noticeably looser straight away. Once the post-massage soreness settled, the difference was incredible — days later I have mobility I haven’t had since I first injured my shoulder.Genuinely one of the most effective massages I’ve ever had. Skilled, intuitive, and results-driven. Highly recommend.One thing worth mentioning is that she is blind — and honestly, I believe this enhances her work rather than limits it. Instead of relying on sight, she feels exactly where the issue is, following the muscle with precision and intention.
