I was referred to Jo by my brother as I was experiencing a strong discomfort in my lower back after long haul travel and training. Jo was very thorough with her consultation and was clear in explaining the treatment she recommended and why. As with all sports massages I felt a little tender for the day or two following but the improvement I felt thereafter was substantial.

Had a last minute appointment with Jo to sort out a problem with my neck from sleeping. It was such a relief once Jo had worked on me, I hadn't been able to turn my head and my neck was really sore. I struggle with painfully tight muscles in one of my legs. Jo knew exactly what was going on when I described it to her, and very efficiently went about getting them to relax. She had excellent advice on home treatment, and follow up treatment with my doctor. I only wish I was local, because I would %100 become a regular.

She has been able to help me quickly regain movement with a painful frozen shoulder, even after the first session I had significant improvement.
