Although from Georgia, we visited the State Farmers Market while visiting my sister in the area. We bought an Oyster Bag and put it the dining room table (after punching 8 holes). In two weeks, it began to sprout and grow rapidly. Every morning I took a photo. By day 4 of growth, they were ready to pick. Nothing short of huge! Last night, my bride made Hot & Sour Soup with them. Next she will try an Oyster Mushroom & Lentil recipe. Very delicious. We hope for more. If you have kids, they will love watching the rapid progress once it gets going. Our cats were intrigued, too.
