Let me start off with this just because someone has a business and they had it for a few years let me doesn’t make them honest and trustworthyMy friend and I just left from there because they of course scammed her so last her she only received her state mind your she did her taxes with them they told her oh everything went through both state and federal .She received her state now she’s waiting for the federal a month go by 2 months go by she go back she tells them I never received my federal , They’re like oh really that’s crazy. We call this number.So now tax season come rolling by again remember, she never got her federal from the previous year She tells them they gave her the runaround lies, and Whatever else she tries to go somewhere else to do her taxes, but she can’t because whatever they did With her federal They made it impossible for anybody else to do it so she has no choice, but to go back to Them so she lets them know listen I still never get my federal. I don’t know what’s going on. I can’t do my taxes No choice, but to do it with you guys so she does her taxes with she asked how much I’m getting back. She sees the paper clear in her face. A few thousand from Federal and a few hundred from state She signs those papers off. The lady tells her oh I’m gonna go Make copies She comes back and handed the papers in the folder that they give out to people from doing She didn’t bother looking in the folder because she not thinking they will really do something fishy or scam You know because she’s been going to them for a few years so one of her checks come in the mail the state And then she see the amount like that looks funnier or whatever I’m just gonna wait for my federal A few days later the next month Still no federal check now she knows yeah they’re doing something Very wrong .. She opens the folder. She looks through the papers. and it was nothing on the papers with her signature all the papers that was given to her was not the same papers that she Had signed There wasn’t not one signature on those papers. The numbers was off the amount that they put that she was getting back was off. everything on the paper was wrong so once again we asked them why haven’t she received her federal last yearShe didn’t receive her federal or this yearSo Art proceeded to tell us the script that he probably tells everyone which I knew was a lie because previous from us going into the office, we already was on the phone with the IRS And they told her, her federal for last year was never filed 🤯So let me see this everything will come to our end It’s wrong what that company is doing I’m not saying he’s doing it to everyone, but she’s definitely. Not the only person that There doing it to Please be careful if you feel that something doesn’t look right or something is off. Go get another evaluation from someone else. Because they will lie and tell you whatever you wanna hear and they will fight to not get caught and just tell you anything But they were not gonna get my friend for the second time and think they got away with it again and if I can take that 1 ⭐️Away I would smh
