I’m hesitant to leave a review, because the selfish side of me wants to keep this place to myself. But the Deep is so good, I have to give credit. When Coach Mike showed me around on the first day, I was discombobulated due to being a total gym newb and not knowing what equipment I needed, but he told me about their vision for the facility and I trusted in that vision. Functional fitness with top tier equipment. They don’t have a machine to target every little muscle, but with plentiful free weights/bars/racks, an awesome cable machine, and lots of accessories, The Deep has everything needed to get jacked/fit/strong/functional/healthy/happy. Everything is new and clean. Unassuming from the outside, but packed with equipment that counts inside. I go in early and I feel like I’m heading to my own secret Navy Seal/NFL/Batman training facility!Bonus Points:1. They host parties. Community is a priority.2. Supplement selection is top quality and priced right.3. Narrows CrossFit is next door, so you can drop in for a class.4. When I fumbled a dumbbell and dented the wall, they were super chill about it and gave me a good laugh that made me feel better. Less

Love this place! If you are looking for a gym that combines top-notch facilities with a warm welcoming atmosphere this is the place for you.

This is laughable. They charge $90 a month and members get discounts on classes. This gym looks tiny, with limited amenities. For this price point, it's not worth it. Maybe if they had infared beds, sauna, pool/hot tub, it might be worth it. But considering their low follower count, low reviews, and are impossibly hard to contact- it's giving scam.... More

The Deep is my favorite gym to be at for lots of reasons!! The equipment rocks, it so well kept and clean. Beautiful bathroom and shower. I love that it’s in Narrows CrossFit and people can have 24 hour access. Especially, if you can’t make it to regular classes. It has been an incredible place and environment for me to be while healing my body. The staff is awesome too!... More
