No one was behind the counter because they were "next door running their mouths". That was the explanation I was given for why no one was there. The lady who spoke to me about it was the same lady who walked right pass me while I was waiting in the lobby and never asked why I was there. I had to get someone from one of the other offices to go look for her. Also, I had the bright idea to read through the reviews and contact people on Facebook to see if they were willing to share their journeys. To my surprise 3 out of the 5 people that I contacted were people who worked there and 1 was someone who used to work there. Go figure. They are obviously writing good reviews for their own job. So far so good! I thought it maybe hard but everything I had heard was true , the plan seems to be working, and I am on my way to a new me!

Today was a good day at SEHC Synergy Weight Loss. I lost 5 lbs my first week on the program!

My first week in and I have lost 3 pounds already. Coming in, Heather was very helpful in explaining the program and how it works. She showed me pictures of what she looked like before she started and I'm really excited to be on this journey.

Love how friendly the staff are! I felt very comfortable and at ease. I am only one week in a already lost weight even while on vacation!!! Also, it's a lot more affordable than I had imagined. I'm excited to see how much I lose on this program!!

Office staff very nice. Takes a long time to get an appointment. Initial visit about 30 minutes. I guess it's wanted in the area. No seats in waiting area. It would have been so nice to receive a free water bottle that holds at least 32 oz. Incinitives always help the process. Half your body weight is a lot of water to drink. Overall a good experience.

The staff were great and they were very knowledgeable! I am very happy with them!

Today was my first day I must say I walked 5 miles today took over 10000 steps and I feel great. I was very impressed with the time Heather took with me. I saw for myself this program really works. Thanks Ms. L
