Our stay at Elevation Lofts was wonderful. The beautiful loft was well stocked with everything we needed for our 5 night stay! The kitchen included quality cookware and appliances, a keurig and a regular coffee maker. They provided dog bowls and even a fan for the hot sleepers! The room was extremely quiet despite being in the center of downtown. We will definitely stay again!

Okay so… my dad and I have been walking around downtown Asheville for YEARS. Like, we basically know every corner, every snack spot, every random street musician. But this time? We leveled up.We stayed at Elevation Lofts and it felt like we found our own secret luxe pad right in the middle of everything.It’s low-key but fancy. Chill but stylish. You’re steps away from all the downtown action, but when you go inside, it’s peaceful and feels like your own little world. It was the perfect place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with each other (and obviously plan our next cookie stop).And speaking of cookies — being able to walk to our favorite sweet spots? Elite decision.Hands down, this was the best stay we’ve had in downtown Asheville in years. If you want cool vibes, comfort, and prime location without the chaos, Elevation Lofts is it.10/10 would absolutely stay again. Gigi & Daddy approved.

Went to Asheville for the MLK weekend and booked two nights at The Elevation Lofts Hotel using Hyatt points and cash. The property is located in the heart of downtown and is comprised of modern, urban lofts situated in a 100-year old+ building it shares with the Momentum Art Gallery. There is no front desk or hotel staff on site. Parking is reserved by space in a lot behind the hotel and is included with the room.Despite the lack of on-site staff, there was nothing that wasn’t thoroughly communicated prior to our arrival. The property’s General Manager, Bogumil, was extremely responsive and did a fantastic job apprising us of everything we needed to know about the property. It is within these pieces of correspondence that your parking space and entry codes to the building/room will be revealed.The hotel itself was exceptionally appointed with high-end furnishings, appliances, and everything you need for a long-term stay (even if you’re only spending the weekend). Both the common areas of the hotel and our suite included a generous amount of art from Momentum Art Gallery (all available for purchase).We stayed in suite 301 which had a wonderful view overlooking Broadway. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a tub and the other a standing shower. Keep in mind the spaces are very much like apartments vs a traditional hotel.Everything you need is close by including the Mellow Mushroom next door. We had such a great time at this property and our kids thought it was the coolest hotel they’ve ever been in.This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to it all without feeling cramped. Thank you to the hotel for such a wonderful time.

These apartments are absolutely 5 star. I stayed in 303 and was blown away by the style, size and beauty of it. 303 has exposed brickwork, a beautiful fireplace and an immaculate kitchen. The bedrooms are large, clean and fresh. Would I stay here again....without a shadow of doubt. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Family had a wonderful time in Asheville, this beautiful suite made it even more enjoyable. Location downtown was perfect, the loft was equipped with everything we would ever need for a week’s stay. Another family member and their family stayed in another loft and it was perfect being so close.

Elevation Lofts was the perfect place to stay while visiting Asheville. We stayed in Unit 301. The unit was beautiful! Big windows and a gorgeous kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Elevation Lofts provided parking which was a huge bonus. It was nice to be able to go for a hike and come back to a reserved parking spot right in front of the entrance. Everything is within walking distance from the loft. I highly recommend Elevation Lofts for anyone looking to stay in Asheville. We look forward to returning

Team Elevation was so happy to be helpful! I run a 5 star wedding and event venue in Saint Petersburg called NOVA 535. And we focus on a five star service, and I'll tell you what, team elevation, including Bogumil and Michaela, truly grasp that concept! From before our stay, during our stay, qnd after our stay, they were nothing but pleasant, helpful and Attentive. The location was perfect right on the main boulevard, but upstairs nice and quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room, a lovely design, even a nice kitchen to cook in. Five stars all the way through, EXCEPT they need fresh water filters, especially in the showers and sinks. Otherwise our stay was perfect, and we'd be back again for sure! Thank you Bogumil and Michaela, for a truly wonderful experience!

I stayed in Suite 306 at Elevation Lofts and I was honestly blown away by the comfort, the design, and all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Everything was beautiful. The decor felt metropolitan without being too industrial, and it had a curated, personal feel instead of that copy and paste hotel look you see so often. It felt special in a way that is hard to describe.I am a complete neat freak, so the level of cleanliness meant a lot to me. Everything was perfectly clean and crisp, and it never once felt like I was staying in a room that had been used by lots of other people. It felt fresh and untouched, which is something I really appreciate.The sheets were the softest I have ever felt, and I am still wondering where they were sourced from. The fireplace added the perfect sense of ambience. I spent a chilly fall night reading beside it and it was such a peaceful, comforting moment. When I woke up the next morning, I felt like the main character in a romantic comedy waking up in my own stylish city apartment. My own place is sadly a bit less luxe, so it was lots of fun to have that little moment of main character energy.One of the best surprises is that Elevation Lofts is connected to Momentum Gallery, which has an absolutely breathtaking collection. Guests get a ten percent discount there, and I enjoyed the gallery just as much as my stay.I highly recommend Elevation Lofts to anyone visiting Asheville. The experience was warm, stylish, comfortable, and memorable, and I cannot wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful time getting to know Asheville with the Elevation Lofts as our home base. After morning hikes and lunch, we would return to the loft for a few hours of down time before heading out for a craft cocktail and dinner.The loft is so beautifully furnished. The beds are so comfy with great pillows. Great water pressure in large showers. Fully equipped kitchens were also really nice to pull together breakfast and afternoon snacks.We would stay here again and will recommend to others.
