Sam and Rodney arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They planned out the placement of my furniture in the truck before loading so it all went smoothly. My belongings were professionally wrapped and protected for transport. During the process the guys were friendly and personable. Once at my new home, they made sure that the furniture was placed in the rooms I needed them to be. Nothing was damaged whatsoever, everything was in perfect shape. Sam and Rodney did not waste time during the process, doing their job well and in a timely fashion, working with speed and precision. I do not have enough words to tell you how happy we were with Mr Big Stuff. The movers moved two families into one house. They picked up my son's furniture first and then came to our house. We didn't think they would get everything in that truck, but those guys really knew how to pack. Sam, Rodney, Dadon, wrapped everything, so none of our precious heirlooms were broken or scratched and they really had some big, heavy furniture to move, including a jukebox. My son also had heavy saws and lathe for his woodworking hobby that they moved. Ryan came in and hung three tvs for us, making two trips because my daughter in law was in the hospital and we didn't know where she wanted her tv hung. The men were extremely efficient and very courteous. Thank you Mr Big Stuff. You have a great team.Oh, I want to also add, after being at our new home for a weekend, I decided I didn't like where I had them place any of my living room furniture. 🤭 I hired Sam and Rodney to come back and move everything again. Davon and coney came to my apartment greeting myself at the door with a smile , even though I had forgot about the time apon them arriving , everything I needed done was very simple mounting a tv building a entertainment stand for me everything looks good tv mounted perfectly and my tv is pretty nice it’s an built electric fire place that I was worried about but you those two men did everything perfect certainly not my first time using this company and it won’t be the last highly recommended to anyone Less
