Great staff! They are very knowledgeable about the human body and can really relate to you. I did 16 rounds of physical and cognitive therapy. The staff made it fun while pushing me to my limits. In the end I'm much, much better than when I started. Everyone at the facility are friendly and out going.

I recommend Bold City to anyone needing physical therapy. I can be a bit extra and tend to overanalyze every ache and symptom “just in case,” it might be something important, but Lisa and Michael were so patient and understanding through all my questions. They took every concern seriously and never made me feel silly for overanalyzing. Katie at the front desk was also amazing, she was very sweet and accommodating when I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule.They were also willing to fit me in when my muscle tension triggered a migraine. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable, and creative with the exercises so it never gets boring. They really helped me recover and feel confident managing my pain moving forward.

I miss you all, especially the front desk receptionist Ronnie, I thank you Bold City Therapy so much for everything you all have done. I hated going to physical therapy, but it made me stronger. The physical therapists are great and they feel like family. Trust me, you are going to have some fun while working hard at the same time. They know how to make your day even when you don’t feel like working out and you have had a bad day before walking in to complete physical therapy. You are going to have good laughs.

Bold City helped me so much to recover after an accident. I was afraid that my daughter and I wouldn’t get better but they truly cared and were with us the whole way. Everyone there is kind and very knowledgeable and listen to what you have to say. The facility itself is clean and nice. Katie, at the front desk, is welcoming and funny. Lisa, Michael, and Casey (the owner) all helped and really made sure that my daughter and I were improving. I’m forever thankful.

For the last couple of years, I’ve developed a family in Bold City Therapy! They listened to me as a patient and came up with a plan that helped get me to where I am today. There’s major improvements from the beginning of my therapy to now by following their care plan but also doing the things they recommended at home. Although I’ve completed my sessions, I wouldn’t go to anyone else for any flare up’s I may go through.
