Don't buy from this company. I purchased a treadmill at nearly 3K but compared to the $4600 retail I thought I was getting a great deal for what I was told was a like new product. A few weeks after purchasing my machine came, but it was far from "like new". There were several broken pieces and the console reset regularly. I sent pictures and SFE sent me new parts for the plastic casing, but I had to completely disassemble the entire treadmill to fix the broken part. They didn't do anything about the console which continued to require a hard reset a couple of times per week. After about 9 months it stopped working completely. I called SFE to figure out a solution, and that is when I found out that in spite of the salesperson telling me I had the same warranty on the device as Nordictrack offered, that thier warranty was only 90 days and I was out of luck. After voicing my frustration and emailing back and forth for literally 2 months, they agreed to send me a different screen if I paid an additional $85 for shipping. Another month later (3 months after my machine was not working any more) I finally got the replacement console, only to find that the console they sent me was also non-functional. At this point I emailed back several times and they decided to just stop responding to me. Finally after multiple phone calls and "note to my file" I finally demanded to talk to someone to get a resolution as to whether they would help me or not and I was finally told they wouldn't help me, but that I could buy one of their new products at their regular price since they are at such a great deal. So here I am, 4 months out after my 9 month old "like new device" stopped working, out $4k, and they are unwilling to do anything more to help me out. Find a different company that has some morals and a decent customer service or spend the extra amount and get something new but don't buy from this company. Less

Can't beat the price. Period. If you don't mind barely noticeable scratches, you can buy a $4000 treadmill for less than $1000. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I’ve been looking for adjustable dumbbells for a while now but most of them are just over priced and frankly out of my price range. The dumbbell sets here are at least $50-100 less depending on what you’re looking for. $1.7 per pound is hard to beat! Very impressed with the quality and prices here.

I ordered and received my equipment in a timely manner and during that process had all of my questions answered. Unfortunately, from there on out it has been rough going. My first mistake was waiting too long to inspect my order and put it together because we bought a house and were unable to move into it for a few months. I figured it would be best and safest to transport the treadmill and stationary bike from one house to another in the original packaging. Unfortunately, this put me over the warranty period. When we moved in the items were set up right away and that's where my issues begin. I am grateful that they are doing what they can to help right the wrongs I am experiencing with my equipment, despite the timeline, however it has not been an easy route of communication to get the problems fixed. When I opened the box to my Norditrack Stationary S10i bike it was missing some nuts and bolts and the entire screen console and bracket (the bike doesn't' work without this)! I was confused, shocked, and worried that they would tell me to eat dirt however after about two weeks of calling and deliberating I had a new console shipped to my home. Unfortunately, that console was the wrong one and was not compatible with the wiring setup on my bike. I was assured once again that the correct screen and console would be sent to my home right away and that's when the communication went down hill. In a matter of two weeks I went from calling and getting help right away to people telling me to email customer service and they will be with you sometime this week. Its been four weeks now and we still can't use it. My second issue is with my Norditrack Commercial 1750 treadmill. I opened the box everything checked out set up was a breeze and it started working great for about 2 weeks of using it 3-4 times per week. Now the machine is malfunctioning and it is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to find a technician to come out and fix the issue because it is no longer under their warranty period. I knew having home gym equipment was going to incur some extra cost in maintenance however I did not expect to have a major part of my equipment not shipped to me or my treadmill to malfunction rendering it unusable and unsafe in as little as two weeks. I am a little overwhelmed and frustrated with my journey so far ordering equipment from this company. I was told they are under new management so I can only hope that I don't have to wait too long until they can get back on track and hopefully write the wrongs. I still have hope for the bike monitor but I was informed I would likely need to find and pay for a technician to come out and trouble shoot my treadmill issues. I hope other people have a better experience. Inspect and operate your equipment ASAP so you don't run into the issues I did because I am two for two of ordering equipment and having major problems. Look, if you're on the fence about buying a pricey bit of fitness equipment from some random store in Arizona because you'll save hundreds even after the shipping costs, just do it. I bought a Nordic Track 1750 treadmill from here way back in January and though the shipping took longer than I expected, it did arrive and in one piece after it's 1,500 mile journey about a month later. It's still working four months later and regularly gets 60+ miles ran on it a week. I can't attest to the issues others have had and my suspicion lies with the carriers that have shipped those pieces of equipment rather than the store themself. What I can say is that this random site delivers on their product. Edit: Be forewarned, at least with the treadmill I got, this thing shows up on a big pallet (that may require some disassembly) and the shipping company is probably not gonna help you deposit it wherever you want. Luckily I'm not a small guy and neither are my friends but I can see that being an issue for those who are smaller/older and are left with a 300+ lb box on their doorstep or driveway. Less

My husband's bike had a loose handlebar, it was swapped out for another and the spin bike had no resistance levels, I decided to upgraded to a Nordictrack S10i. It was delivered in April. After returning from a 3 week business I tried out my S10i only to find out that neither the incline nor resistance work. Bought the nordictrack 2950 for a great price. The box was damaged but the treadmill was perfect. Ordered the s22i bike and barbells a few months later. Everything arrived in perfect condition in about 2 weeks. I would definitely order from them again.

Placed an order for the Proform H7 on OCT 1st and it was delivered to me on the 7th here in TX for a fraction of what I would have paid at a local store! This site is not safe, they say my order from outside the US is a high risk fraud transaction (I live in Ecuador and I have to send my order through Miami). The adapters come and they don't fit over the 1" pegs. So I email back asking if we can get new ones since these don't fit. Or just return them, give me the $70 for new ones and I'll deal with the hassle myself. They didn't email back. So I email again a week or two later and finally get a response "we ordered the ones you approved of. If you want to bring them back we will return them". I already drove 2 hours, they want me to drive 2 more!? Amazon does free UPS returns, I asked if I could do that. Again, no response... Sorry you had to go out of your way to fix your mistake SFE! The initial facility and product purchase went well. I owned the rower less than 6 months before foot pedals crumbled away from extensive use on my part. BUT!!! We are now happy. Purchased a NordicTrack upright exercise bike and it was delivered on time. It works great. Wife and adjust the seat for herself and I can adjust the seat for me. About 3 weeks ago I purchased a name-brand elliptical from this store. It was purchased already intact and put together.by store employees. The problem with that is I have now WAITED almost 3 weeks and I keep getting the same runaround. "We're sorry, we don't have that unit in and I'm not sure when we're going to get one." So in essence, they sell you something and say that there's a 90-day return policy but they do not honor it or only honor it under certain conditions. Did they tell me and my family this when I purchased it? NO! Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. The employee I spoke with on the phone the very first time I called said they would give me an upgraded model if mine was not in stock. They have not honored that promise either. During this time I have looked online and found that both Walmart and Amazon carry the exact same unit for the exact same price that this company sold me mine. I would highly suggest purchasing from name brand company because you will get a much better refund policy and hopefully an item that isn't damaged. I have been dealing with the warranty manager for now going on 3 weeks and I keep getting the same thing..."I'm sorry you're frustrated but we don't have one in'. They will not refund my money. I would highly suggest not purchasing anything from this company, and the quality is questionable and their refund policy only goes into effect if they have an item in stock.
