Arizona Elopement Collective

I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience with Arizona Elopement Collective was but I'll do my best to summarize it ;)
I am a wedding planner in Austin Texas and I also manage two venues. My now husband and I have 3 dogs that are basically our children, so having them be there with us as well as being outdoors, was extremely important to us. Jake and I met in Arizona 11 years ago and we also got engaged in Arizona at Havasupai Falls so when we were looking for places to get married, anywhere else besides Arizona seemed silly. I looked into multiple elopement companies, I even was going to reach out to wedding planners in Arizona. But as someone who does all of this for a living, I didn't want to have to worry about trying to find the best vendors when I had no idea where to even start.
When I had reached out to other elopement companies, I found that a majority of them were only offering photography sessions, but as I am well aware, a wedding is so much more than just the photos. I was really impressed with their website as well as how they mentioned that they wanted to make sure there was an alignment between both parties. That is something that really resonated with me as I handle my business that way as well.
We clicked with Rich instantly and without any hesitation, booked them. Our zoom sessions with Rich always went longer than planned because we had so much fun chatting with him. I felt completely taken care of, no stress at all.
We opted for the combo package (where the ceremony site was easy for our friends and family to get to but then we went off and took those insane adventure photos!) - this was the best of both worlds and worked out PERFECTLY for us. I just love that they have different areas of Sedona and the desert for you to choose from based on what is important to you.
When the weekend finally was here, it was everything I wanted and then some. Rich and Shelby are beyond sweet. And if you are lucky enough to meet their dog Doug, you are in for a treat because he is a gem.
The makeup artist they hired for me, her and I chatted like we were long lost friends. And our photographer, Sydney, was honestly the best. Not only are our photographs stunning, we had so much fun with her. She drove us up to the top in our jeep and we just laughed the whole time. The smiles in our photos are genuine because of how stress free the entire day was but also because of the vendors we had with us.
If you are thinking of hiring Arizona Elopement Collective, do not hesitate and seriously, do it. My entire business is based around larger weddings and even I chose to elope and it was the best decision I made. So many people that know me through the event industry in Austin, said that this wedding was exactly me & us! And that's the biggest and best advice I can give to anyone, is make sure your wedding is about you and who you are as a couple! Rich and Shelby made sure to remind us of that as well and we had the best day we could have ever hoped for.
