I used Enchanted Balloons for a 50th birthday party order after another local supplier let me down. Despite only speaking with them on Wednesday afternoon for a Saturday order, I felt looked after and confident that they a) had lovely balloons in stock to do what I wanted and b) would be able to prepare them for easy collection on the day. Highly recommend - we hired the sweet shop cart for our wedding in June, it was a massive hit with kids and adults alike. The cart and sweet bags was personalized with our names and the wedding date, such a lovely touch. It was beautifully decorated with a great choice of sweets. I rescheduled the event for a much later date (over 2 months out) and therefore reached out again. I knew they were on vacation so said it was totally ok to respond to me when they return 2 weeks later. I shared all the options of what I was looking for based on previous events they’ve held. After not getting a response on their return, I reached out following up again (their response time is said to be 24 hrs, but to allow up to 48 hrs). It’s now been a month since I made contact multiple times and absolutely no response. I didn’t look into other options as I was confident they would get back to me. I’ve now thankfully managed to find another option but had to arrange with not much time. Really disappointing service but have had a great experience working with Elt Party who offer the same services - they are super friendly, professional and responsive! Less

Prompt and friendly service, even know the busy shop. I ordered balloons to be collected a couple of days later, I gave an approximate time for collection and they were helium-filled on my arrival, based and given all taking no more than a few minutes (maybe 4 or 5). They were for an exhibition but remained inflated for over a week. Very impressed

Used Enchanted Weddings for my wedding window and door drapes with lights. I wasnt going to have window coverings initially but I am so pleased that I did. They looked stunning with the fairylights in them, it made the room look so beautiful. The service was perfect, I would highly recommend.

I rang only two days before my sisters wedding and they were really accommodating in providing a wedding arch for the reception. They worked within our time scales and for a very reasonable price, which included delivery, assembly and collection. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future if needed.

Fantastic banner made for my sons first birthday! Great quality. Only downfall was when I came to collect I was told it would be a 20 minute wait even though I had ordered two weeks previously, turned out the lady on the counter had me mixed with another customer so I had waited for no reason. But the product was totally worth the wait and will shop with them again.

What a rude women! I took some balloons in that I purchased myself for her to inflate and she was very releuctant to do them, even though they offer that as a service. She then ordered us to “make sure you use the hand gel then”. At that point I could have explained that my son uses his own special hand gel due to his sensory issues and had used it prior to entering the shop but I decided against it as I already felt unwelcome and I shouldn’t have to explain my sons condition to anyone especially somewhere I have gone to spend my money! I went to Poppers on Gloucester Road instead, excellent customer service and better range in stock. Less

We ordered some helium balloons for a Grandparents 70th Birthday last week. Carolynn the owner was very professional and respectful of keeping her distance when we collected them. We also ordered at very short notice before we click and collect, and she was very accomodating on this front also. Would highly recommend this shop!

Fantastic.we used there services for a wedding which included invitations, post box, chair how's and other decorations. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard.worked out as excellent value even compared to on line but much better we could pop by and physically go through designs and see samples.would definitely recommend and use again

Not only did you not personally come to the appoiment that we arranged with you, even though we had booked with plenty of notice prior to coming to your store(1 month), we wanted the rose wall and got the feeling from your member of staff that we couldn't afford it, hence being 'forgotten' about. We didn't feel valued as a paying customer, we felt it unprofessional that we had to stand up the entire time during the consultation, I'm not saying you have to roll out the red carpet but even a seat in the office would have been nice. I do not usually get shirty over email however my fiancé was most upset with how the whole experience made her feel. She should never have to feel like that when this is suppose to be a happy occasion. We politely decline your quoted offer and have taken our custom elsewhere as we have found another supplier that not only offer better customer service, but a higher quality of products available.
