Enchanted came with a package that we purchased for our wedding. As preparations started we made ourselves known to them via email and they were very friendly. A few months down the line we needed to meet to choose the correct colour for our scheme. This is where I was very disappointed by Enchanted. They point blank refused to meet us at a mutually convenient location.Enchanted's shop was two bus rides away from our home. We never chose this business, they were getting paid by the venue, so they didn't need to put themselves out. We ended up getting the two buses to go to Enchanted's shop. We were there less than ten minutes. On the day itself Enchanted had done a good job.

Carollyn and the team did an exceptional job styling and decorating our tipi for a 40th birthday party. The balloon displays, props, and overall aesthetic completely transformed the space and nailed the festival party vibe we were looking for. She has an amazing eye for detail and made everything look effortless and beautiful. All of our guests were raving about it—thank you, Carollyn, for making the setup look so magical!

We used Enchanted Balloons Bristol to decorate our event at Village Hotel. We asked for stage, table and entrance decorations. We loved the stage decorations, it was beautiful and very colourful in particular the balloon garland. We loved the light happy birthday sign which looked very stylish against the gold sequin board and the light up pink number 1 prop. The butterfly balloon was especially colourful. We loved the easel welcome sign at the entrance. The personalised photo was a nice addition to the easel. The cake stand was very useful to add to the event. Overall we had a good experience with the event decorators. We had an initial meeting to check the balloon colours and I recommend doing this as the photos can give a false impression of the true colours. Most of our engagement was via email and phone calls. I would recommend using this decorator if you are planning your event at Village Hotel as they have experience of decorating at this venue. The whole process was smooth and we had a successful event. Thank you Enchanted Balloons!
