So I organised a balloon gift for my daughter in Bristol for her birthday from Australia and Enchanted Balloons Bristol was amazing. They delivered it when they said, no issues, even sending me a photo that it was delivered. Definite a business I would recommend again and again!!!!

Incredibly disappointing experience. After enquiring about using their services, they were not available understandably as it was at short notice. I rescheduled the event for a much later date (over 2 months out) and therefore reached out again. I knew they were on vacation so said it was totally ok to respond to me when they return 2 weeks later. I shared all the options of what I was looking for based on previous events they’ve held. After not getting a response on their return, I reached out following up again (their response time is said to be 24 hrs, but to allow up to 48 hrs). It’s now been a month since I made contact multiple times and absolutely no response. I didn’t look into other options as I was confident they would get back to me. I’ve now thankfully managed to find another option but had to arrange with not much time. Really disappointing service but have had a great experience working with Elt Party who offer the same services - they are super friendly, professional and responsive! Less

I have used Enchanted balloons twice and at both times they provided excellent service and the balloon pieces were exquisite.

Prompt and friendly service, even know the busy shop. I ordered balloons to be collected a couple of days later, I gave an approximate time for collection and they were helium-filled on my arrival, based and given all taking no more than a few minutes (maybe 4 or 5). They were for an exhibition but remained inflated for over a week. Very impressed

Used Enchanted Weddings for my wedding window and door drapes with lights. I wasnt going to have window coverings initially but I am so pleased that I did. They looked stunning with the fairylights in them, it made the room look so beautiful. The service was perfect, I would highly recommend.

Price is very high its like they selling 20 bloon dot's in £4. ( Original price is 50+50 dots in £1) Same for balloon and other items.

I rang only two days before my sisters wedding and they were really accommodating in providing a wedding arch for the reception. They worked within our time scales and for a very reasonable price, which included delivery, assembly and collection. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future if needed.

Wonderful customer service, she made us come up with a backup plan just in case in rains and we did. the mummy to be was feeling very happy and loved the decorations. They were also able to set up at the venue the day before which meant I was able to check in, say hello and see what was available. Fantastic banner made for my sons first birthday! Great quality. Only downfall was when I came to collect I was told it would be a 20 minute wait even though I had ordered two weeks previously, turned out the lady on the counter had me mixed with another customer so I had waited for no reason. But the product was totally worth the wait and will shop with them again.

What a rude women! I took some balloons in that I purchased myself for her to inflate and she was very releuctant to do them, even though they offer that as a service. She said "they wont float, and if they do they wont last until the next day" - 2 Weeks later they are still floating! She just wanted to sell me hers. Very rude, over priced and out for the money. Went to collect my sons balloons at 2.30 as agreed and no sign of anyone in the shop, numerous calls to be diverted to answer phone. Not impressed atall and now I have to go to work wondering what the hell is going on and wether my son will have anything for his birthday!
