I was impressed with everything at Innovative Endodontics! the office staff were all busy when I arrived, so one of the doctors pitched in and checked me in! Teamwork in action! I was taken to a room and had a high tech 3D xRay, after which I was seen by Dr Umbach, who explained everything to me clearly and discussed my options. I was referred to Innovative Endodontics by my family dentist due to having severe throbbing pain that kept me up for several days. A quick phone call made by my dentist office to Innovative Endodontics and an appointment was made early the next day. Arrived to welcoming staff in the front and all questions related to the initial part of the appointment was answered. Office was inviting and comfortable. All staff came upon had smiles on their faces. Upon meeting Dr. Estes, she explained the entire procedure throughout the entire process. After her initial assessment, revealed and confirmed that a root canal should be performed. While very educated in her field, she emanated the passion she has, and can easily be seen that she has a love for her job. Although I have had many dental procedures throughout the years, she could make anyone feel at ease, as invasive procedures can be daunting for some. I was presented with a warm blanket throughout the procedure, and a stress ball to occupy the hands. Procedure was completed and advised of what to expect. Take home, additional OTC pain relieve provided if needed. I am no longer in pain from as Dr. Estes stated my angry tooth! I would highly recommend Dr. Estes and her helpful staff with any Endodontic need, and if needed in the future - will most certainly return to her office for care! Less

I had a very traumatic root canal at another dentist years back. I was upfront with my fears & my history, & the staff at Innovative Endodontics was more than accommodating. They did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable, even offering things that I hadn’t considered. The procedure was a night & day difference from my last experience. Even without nitrous (what I normally request for dental work), I was able to stay calm and comfortable (well, as much as you can be during a dental procedure) for the whole appt. The only pain I felt was the numbing portion! Otherwise it was completely painless! I would 100% recommend Innovative Endodontics to anyone needing root canal services. I’m just frustrated that I was referred here after having a failed root canal somewhere else , only to come here & be sent home with the same problem. I couldn’t have been more pleased than I was with the office of Dr. Estes. The entire staff was very caring, upbeat, and professional from beginning to end. Everything was explained to me and there were no surprises. I was amazed at how quick the root canal process was. And pain free!! You do still have to get the Novocain shots to deaden, but after that all was good. I had almost no discomfort following my procedure. For me it was a very minor feeling of soreness where I received my shots and also minor tenderness upon chewing on that tooth. On the second day at breakfast I felt, again, some minor tenderness with chewing, but that did not occur again. I did take Tylenol when I got home from my procedure and at bedtime that night “just in case”, but the next morning I returned to my normal discretionary use of Tylenol for arthritis. On the day after my procedure, their office followed up with me by phone and after that, by email. I am happy I chose Innovative Endodontics. Less

I was unfortunate enough to have to have a root canal and I worried about it for a couple weeks hoping it would get better. I made the appointment with Innovative Endodonitcs and received an appointment the same day to review the procedure. I was greeted with smiling faces and a quick an easy assessment. We scheduled the procedure for two days away, but before I got home they had an opening occur the next day to my relief as I was in some pain. The procedure I was so worried about was as painless as any procedure I have ever had. They are amazing and treat the patient very well and they have a great follow up.
