I’ve been seeing Dr. Mayo for some time now and couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patientsThat said, the administrative side of this office leaves a lot to be desired. Any time I need a referral, prescription refill, or follow-up communication, it takes multiple phone calls and several days—sometimes longer. It's become a consistent issue, which is incredibly frustrating when managing ongoing health needs.Every time I raise the concern, I’m told the delay is due to the pharmacy. However, other members of my family—who use the exact same pharmacy—never experience these issues. It's pretty clear the problem doesn't lie with the pharmacy.I truly value my doctor and will continue seeing him, but I hope the office takes steps to improve the efficiency and accountability of their support processes. Patients shouldn't have to chase down basic care needs after leaving the exam room.
