Dr John is the best! All the staff are great and you feel they care about the people coming in

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mayo at Southeast Idaho Family Practice for the past 6 years. He provided incredible care during such a critical time in my life and has continued to be amazing ever since. He’s compassionate, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. I’m so grateful for him and couldn’t imagine being in anyone else’s care.I’ve also seen John Rozack a few times now and have been very impressed with him as well. He has been empathetic, attentive, and extremely helpful. He even followed up the next day to check on how I was doing, which meant so much. I feel very fortunate to have such caring providers.

Transferred my child here and am very impressed with the care. Never any issues with any of the staff. They recommend proper tests and provide solutions and treatment options to every problem. They have been great with my child from scheduling to seeing the provider to following through with voicemails and medications. Always feel welcome and educated on my child. Would 100% recommend to bring a little one here!

Dr. Bennett always takes time to listen to my concerns and offers suggestions. Today I sent them an email about a concern. They got me in right away, checked in, no waiting, concerns addressed, procedure completed, and I was out the door within 40 minutes. Thank you Dr. Bennett and all the staff that assisted today.

Doctor John and Doctor Kent are both great! Been seeing Dr. John for years. He is very experienced and easy to talk too. The front desk staff is also amazing. I would recommend them to a friend.

We love this place! Dr. Kent is amazing! He is so caring and really listens. I couldn't have made it through the pain I had for kidney stones and various illnesses without him. Our kids all see him. All the docs are great as well we have seen them all and never have had a complaint. The nurses are all outstanding!!
