I had a great drop-in at SoFit Athletics! Jordan is a phenomenal and attentive coach, Ariel (owner) was very kind, the programming was fun, and the facility was clean and organized (a gym after my heart). Above all else, my favorite part of dropping in while traveling is getting a sense of a gym's community, and this leadership is doing so much right. The members were welcoming, helpful, and warm!

Don't think twice, take a leap of faith.I always thought CrossFit was honestly a little intimidating, so I originally just came in to watch my partner work out after hearing him talk multiple times about how good the workouts feel and how amazing the coaches are. Seeing it in person really changed my perspective though.Coach Ariel was super welcoming and encouraged me to try it out myself, and Coach Jordan also made a big impression on me because of how much she emphasized listening to your body and not overstraining yourself. What I liked most is that the coaches will push you, but they also really pay attention to your form, guide you step by step through movements like hang cleans, and genuinely care about your wellness.Guess what, after my first try, the people around me kept saying “good job today”, and it honestly felt so motivating. It’s such an amazing and supportive environment. :)

I’ve been going to SoFit Athletics for around two months now and I do their Hyrox programming and LOVE it! Ariel and Leslie are great coaches and will help with whatever you need. They are intune to any form of injury and will work with you to rehab it back to operating status! Rueben the other owner is super nice as well, he coaches the functional fitness portioned.

My wife and I dropped into a Saturday morning class while visiting family in Jacksonville. We usually drop into crossfit gyms whenever we travel so we've seen tons of different places across the country. While those experiences are typically great, SoFit Athletics was exceptional. They made us feel instantly at home and welcome. The coach and several athletes immediately introduced themselves and struck up a conversation, and Ariel did an excellent job making sure we understood the flow of the class and where everything was. The instruction before and during the WOD was also topical and helpful - something a lot of crossfit gyms don't do very well; this really impressed me. And the programming was legit..just the right amount of hard after 25.2.Can't recommend this place enough - the facility, vibes, and people are all outstanding. You will not be disappointed!

Dropped in at 5 am on a Monday and the members and coach Ariel were very welcoming and nice. They walk you through step by step for each movement and you do it after so you're ready for that lift! They have a biiiiiig mat if you're doing lunges which was very nice to have. Equipment were clean and organized so you know where things are and most of all, the energy in the 5am class was good. 😃

Sofit has been an excellent place for me and my wife, not only in the working out aspect but the community. We have been living in jacksonville for the past 2 and a half years and have found Sofit to be a second home. The training is superb and the people are beyond incredible.

When my gym closed abruptly last winter I was at a loss of where to go from there. I did some "shopping" of CrossFit gyms in the area and fell in love with SoFit. I really felt as if their personal touch of reaching out to everyone who comes to the gym set them apart. I've now been a member for a year and have loved every second.
