Specialized Property Care has been amazing to work with. I contacted them on Facebook, sounding every bit as desperate as I was. Our yard had been taken over by thistles and we were losing the fight. They came out the same week to look at the yard and make recommendations. They explained what a normal year looks like for spraying.. and sprayed the same week. The thistles were so bad that they had to come back. We hit a week where we lost control of the grass, timing was off for when we could mow vs it raining. I called again sounding desperate and they helped same day… again for a very reasonable price.All conversations have been professional and kind. Since our yard has been such a mess, it would be easy to judge BUT they have never once made me feel like they were judging. They make suggestions and move forward with fixing it. They told us what to expect this year and next.We can’t say enough good things about Specialized Property Care. They have been great to us as customers, their work has been stellar, and their pricing is very reasonable!
