A big scam; nothing works with their product, a useless platform and terrible customer service. Barbara does not have any basic knowledge about business and marketing; she doesn't even have any people skills; instead of being nice and polite with disappointed clients, she disrespects them and insults them. I was talking to another friend who was using their services, and he agreed with me: their email marketing and SMS marketing do not work, their CRM is useless, almost all the emails sent to clients from their email marketing platform ends up in junk mail, do not waste your time, this company is a one-man show, and she is not even living here!
