I've been working out with Ty for 3-4 months now, and I'm amazed at how much stronger I've become. I found him thru the Kickoff app, and he's been my virtual personal trainer (I'm in Chicago). Ty is very knowledgeable and willing to make a plan that will work for you. All you have to do is follow the plan and it will work. Any issues that came up or if I wanted to try something else Ty was ready to adapt the program to fit it. You definitely need to try his program if you are on the fence.

Ty has been my personal trainer for a year and some. I could not haved asked for a better trainer. He is serious about what he does to help his clients to know their potential and get to their goal. He is caring, he is my encourager, my supporter. He has been all this to me and he continues to do so. Know that he will do his part but the other part depends on you, (his client). He understands the struggle you may have at times, but he continues to be that supporter and encourager. I have chosen to take a pause, but guess what, Ty is still there, if needed. I have only had 1 personal trainer in my life and I do not wish to choose anyone else. Ty is that guy. Thank you Ty for who you are and for all you do, giving of yourself to others to know that potential, to know you are stronger than you think and to reach your goal. I could not have done it without him. Did I think that I had potential, strength, or get to a goal as this, no I did not. I proved myself wrong. I have almost completed my 14th week with Davis Performance and am totally satisfied with all aspects of the program. I have found motivation again and am seeing gains that I thought were impossible. I love the daily feedback and how the workouts are tailored to what your goals are. Ty really listens and develops a plan that will exceed your expectations. I feel a daily want to exercise again and with this program I can fit it into my day without having to reschedule with a trainer. The app is easy to use and has video demonstrations that help understand the correct way to do the exercises if you are not familiar with them. Ty is very responsive with feedback and is always eager to help you exceed your goals. Ty is very educated and is willing to take the time to explain the science behind the plan he develops for you. I have not felt this desire to workout in over ten years. He has awoken my inner "athletic warrior". Less

I have been on a program from Ty for a couple months. The focus was muscle endurance. However, overall strength has grown as well. Thus far i am down around 20 lbs in 2 months with my clothes fitting better everyday. With a program from Ty you will get out what you put in. He is available for help and motivation when ever it is needed.

Coach Ty is a motivator and great fitness coach! He's great at finding your physical limits and pushing you through. He's assertive, but not pushy. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get more fit at any level.

Just completed Ty's 12 week program he made for me based off my goals. I went from 223 down to 205 in the 12 weeks. Ty answered any questions and gave advise along the way. I stayed as consistent as possible with the exercises, along with eating healthier and Ty's plan has proven itself. Thanks Ty!!!

In January 2021, I started training w Ty because I wanted to be healthier and get back into shape. Ty worked with me to go over my goals, strengths and weaknesses. He was able to develop an achievable workout plan. Over the past few months I have become stronger and my endurance has increased tremendously. Thank you Ty, appreciate all the help. I’m a full time Stay At Home mom to 2 kids under 3, and a wife and homemaker. A year ago I learned something life changing about myself- I needed exercise to battle the dark stuff that comes with parenthood. I fell in love with weightlifting and the progress I was seeing, however I quickly reached a plateau in my progress after a few months I wasn’t challenging myself enough, got comfortable in a routine and was becoming frustrated with lack of progress. My husband got us both on a program with Ty, and we have been amazed at how having him as a personal trainer has boosted our confidence at the gym. We both have programs geared to our personal goals. It’s so nice knowing the plan for each training day. Ty is always so encouraging, and a great listener to questions/ concerns. He explains things with science based facts, and in an easy to understand way. He’s helping me with problem areas, such as my ankle mobility, to help me perform squats better. He’ll send me direct links to videos and stretches/ mobility exercises to do. I really appreciate him doing the research on what videos to watch since I’m a busy mom and don’t have time to weed through who’s got good info or bogus info. Ya know? He gets it.
