There was only one issue the fridge got packed before it was emptied, this might have been a miss communication between one of the less experienced crew and myself. However, they fixed the issues around this problem and moved on to a smooth move involving two locations and a return trip to my new home with a few things from my storage. There was no hesitation on the part of Smart Move to accommodate us with these unavoidable changes. On the day of the move, Chaston and Gage were assigned to us, and they were absolutely outstanding. They clearly knew what they were doing, and took exceptional care with every piece of furniture and packed material that they handled. Their professionalism and work ethic were highly commendable. These young men bring real credit to the company they work for. At the end of the day, the only "damages" we found was one very minor nick on a wood filing cabinet, and I touched that up very easily and quickly; nothing even worth complaining about. Robert and Tommy were exceptional! Very courteous and careful with every piece. They were able to fit everything we had into a POD to ship across the county. 115 degree heat for the day did not deter their commitment. Would highly recommend for any move!

Robert and Gage worked quickly and carefully to wrap and protect my furniture. After they loaded it, they took it to a storage unit I had selected. They moved and stored furniture for a two bedroom house, plus four sets of patio furniture in less than 2 1/2 hours. They were easy to work with and very professional. Ricky and Jesse handled my move smoothly, from good communication to careful, prompt work. They forgot one detail and Ricky came back to make it right that evening, on his own time. Moving can suck! I have never been taking care of by such a caring company. They handled my belongings as if they were there own. They took time to go the extra mile, and insured everything was properly prepared prior to moving it. Happy to have used Smart Move!
