Radar replaced my roof two years ago and did a five-star job. That's not what this review is about. This review is about Radar's five-star level of customer service and long-term integrity. Just this winter, at the peak of holiday season in snow and cold, Radar came out to troubleshoot a stuck damper on an exhaust vent (through no fault of theirs) that was causing ice dams. Fixing the damper was simple, but getting up on a two-story roof in the middle of winter to do it was the hard part. Radar was willing, ready and enthusiastic, and didn't even charge me. It would have been easy to say, 'call us in the spring'. But they didn't. Thank you, Radar. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I've worked with Radar Roofing twice, and they were exceptional each time. One job was the whole roof and siding, where Michael patiently stood and showed us siding colors until our "house committee" could agree on a color--they left the area clean and even arranged extra bricks in a nice looking circle for me. He also did a lot of talking to insurance and bank to get the claim covered. The last job was a complex roof-under-a-terrace job, where he spent the time to outsource carpenters to work in tandem with the roofers to get the job done right. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the work that was done. I had two other roofers come out to inspect our home for hail damage and they found nothing, Michael not only found damage to our roof but also walked around our detached garage and found damage to the siding as well. The new roof was put on in a day and went off without a hitch. Michael even swung by the next spring to check in and make sure everything was good with the roof. Would highly recommend.

The crew was great! Very professional. I was pleased that none of my plants suffered. And they did a great job cleaning up afterward making sure the roofing nails were all picked up. We were also happy they were able to help us secure more from our insurance due to hail damage.
