First I want to thank Alexa so much she is extremely informative from start to finish. We had a consultation before my surgery she helped me prepare by telling me which vitamins she recommends for my vitals to be good and for overall health. I booked the 10 post op package so massages started the day after surgery. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I just finished my 10th message and when I tell you I don’t I would feel and looks this great at 2 weeks post op if it wasn’t for Alexa. I am booking 5 more massages because I want my results to continue to improve. Alexa is the best she has the knowledge to get you where you want to be. I have had surgeries in the past and I have never healed this fast. Book those massages with Alexa you will not regret it. I had HD Lipo, BBL, and arm Lipo.

I’ve been coming to this med spa for a couple months now for lymphatic massages and overall, I’ve had a really good experience! Alexa is very patient, attentive, and takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable and satisfied with my services. I honestly hesitated to write this review because I never want to negatively impact someone’s business. However, I feel it is important to share my experience because it may help someone else make an informed decision regarding their post-operative care.I had a Lipo 360 with arms on August 5th. Prior to my procedure, I booked 10 post-op lymphatic massages with Alexa at Fine Fit Med Spa, totaling approximately $1,100.The day after my procedure, Alexa came to me because I was mentally not in a place where I felt comfortable traveling for my post-op care. At that time, all of my incisions had closed except for one. She explained that she does not reopen incisions. I understood that some providers have different approaches to post-op care, so I did not initially think much of it and trusted the process.After about 3–4 massages, however, I noticed that I was still retaining a significant amount of fluid. Alexa explained that the lymphatic system would eventually process and eliminate the fluid naturally through urine, sweat, bowel movements, etc. I continued with the massages because I trusted her expertise and wanted to give my body time to heal.As the days went on, my pain progressively increased. The massages became extremely uncomfortable, and I began experiencing a burning sensation that felt as though it was coming from inside my skin. It was the fluid being moved around. By approximately my seventh massage, I knew something did not feel right. I also spoke with people who had undergone the same procedure, and they expressed concerns about the amount of fluid I was retaining.At that point, I contacted my surgeon, who instructed me to come in immediately. After examining me, he expressed significant concern about the amount of fluid I had retained over the previous week and the seromas that had developed.It ultimately took approximately 5–6 days to completely drain the retained fluid. After my first drainage appointment, I immediately felt a tremendous sense of relief.Not to mention, after already spending approximately $1,100 on my initial post-op massages, I had to spend an additional $800 on massages with proper drainage treatment. Beyond the unexpected financial burden, I feel that the week of fluid accumulation significantly set my healing journey back and added additional discomfort and stress to an already challenging recovery process.I want to be clear that this review is not intended to bash Alexa or Fine Fit Med Spa. I am simply sharing what happened to me because everyone's body and healing process are different. What may work for one person may not necessarily work for another.My biggest takeaway from this experience is the importance of having open communication with your surgeon and ensuring that your post-operative provider and surgical team are on the same page regarding your individual aftercare plan. I also believe patients should be fully informed about what post-op services are and are not being provided, including how fluid retention and potential seromas will be addressed if they occur.I am sharing my experience in hopes that it encourages other patients to listen to their bodies, ask questions, and seek medical guidance whenever something does not feel right during the recovery process.

My review is based on my interaction and observations. Unfortunately, no service was provided. I had an appointment for a full-body lymphatic massage scheduled for 11:30 AM. Upon my arrival, I was asked to wait and help myself to a bottle of water.During my interaction with the owner/service provider, I was repeatedly offered services I was not seeking. Much of our time was spent with the provider reviewing and discussing legal documentation that could have been provided prior to my appointment for review. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the service for the following reasons:* Dusty Waiting Area: The front/waiting area was dusty and disorganized.* Unprepared Examination Room: The examination/treatment room was dusty and disorganized, with no hooks or designated area for clients to hang their clothes while changing.* Vague Instructions: Minimal instructions or details were provided regarding how to undress for the service.* Lack of Restroom Amenities: There were no hooks in the restroom for clothing while clients changed.* Hygiene Concerns: I observed the service provider wearing black gloves, touching the lid of a trash bin, equipment in a back room and then returning to the examination room where a client was waiting—without changing gloves.* Poorly Maintained Robe: The velcro on the provided black robe did not attach properly due to built-up white lint.* Unprofessional Multitasking: During the intake process, the service provider answered an incoming phone call, spoke to another client in front of me, and repeatedly checked their phone while speaking with me.* Extreme Delays: While the provider was speaking to me, another customer walked in for their appointment. At this point, my appointment was already delayed by 1 hour and 15 minutes.* Lack of Attention & Upselling: The service provider asked about my current medical status but did not listen to my responses. They seemed far more focused on convincing me to buy additional services. Because the provider spoke to me as if I were not knowledgeable in these areas, I played along.*Although I was reassured that my appointment was for a full body lymphatic massage it didn’t appear to be. It felt more like a up sales session.At this point, I took the opportunity to say, "I don’t feel comfortable signing this document. I’m just going to leave.

My name is Edeline Chamblin, and I had a Lipo 360 with J-Plasma with Dr. Triggs.Before my surgery, I went to Ms. Alexa for massage therapy because I had previously had Lipo 360 the year before. I was hoping that massages would help flatten my stomach and give me the results I wanted. Alexa was very honest with me and suggested that I consider another procedure to help me achieve the look I desired.After speaking with her, I contacted Dr. Triggs' office for a consultation. From that point on, I committed myself to preparing for my surgery. I stopped drinking alcohol, followed a healthy diet, drank plenty of water, walked for one hour every day, and took vitamins, including iron, B-complex, vitamin C, vitamin D3, and zinc.The day before my surgery, I contacted Ms. Alexa to let her know that I was ready. I purchased a full package of 20 massages, and I can honestly say that they helped me tremendously. Alexa did an amazing job taking care of me and supporting my recovery. I started my massages with her the day after my surgery.To tell you the truth, without the post-op massages, I don't think I would have achieved the beautiful results I have today. It wasn't only the surgery—the massages were also a very important part of my recovery and results.My advice is to be consistent, follow your doctor's instructions, take care of yourself, and don't underestimate the importance of proper post-op care. I am truly grateful to Ms. Alexa for all her hard work and dedication throughout my recovery. ❤️

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my massage therapist! Finefitness &medspa She truly goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for her clients and she ensure my healing process after my bbl was smooth and that I got the best results. She’s extremely informative, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about your healing and results.
