I cannot recommend Outlaw North enough, especially to those who are postpartum! I started in the Dumbells & Diapers program when my daughter was 2 months old and have since graduated to Mom Strong. It’s such an amazing offering to be able to bring my baby to a gym, where I know she will be safe, while taking 1 hour to fill my own cup.Over the course of the last 6 months, I have fallen in love with CrossFit and not only seen positive changes in my body and confidence, but also the way I show up as a Mom for my kids. I have more energy and patience, which I am grateful for as I seem to be sleeping way less than I ever did before. 🙃Plus, the community at Outlaw is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. A quick shout out to coach Andrea for making class fun, encouraging me to push, and helping me build skills that I’ve never done.

I’ve had such a great experience at this gym! I joined the diapers and dumbbell program (D&D) with my son and we absolutely loved it. Andrea the coach was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help if I had any questions. I always left feeling motivated and glad I came. Highly recommend!

Excellent CrossFit gym. If you’ve never done CrossFit before, this is your sign to come in and talk to Jay or Lacey about starting! They meet you where you are, recommend how best to get started, pair you with an on-ramp coach (they’re all awesome!) and you will not believe what you can do in a month, a season, a year! They have new-mom programs, 55+ Legends programs, and can work with you on any physical concerns you may have. What are you waiting for?I told Jay I would try what he said, but this would be my last gym I’d ever join. That was almost 7yr ago!

I can't say enough about this gym. The support and community is one of the best! I joined in June and it's been one of the best decisions I've made in my fitness journey. I use to go to boring conventional gyms and this has made me want to strive for more and push myself. The workouts are always different which I love so I'm never bored. Onboarding was an easy process and integrating into the classes was also super easy. Everyone has to start somewhere and everyone is supportive no matter how big or small your successes in the gym are as long as you "JUST SHOW UP"! Thank you Jay and Lacy for creating such an awesome gym environment!

Started at Outlaw about 8 months post partum in their Mom Strong time slot. Having a space to do a proper workout while bringing my baby and knowing she is safe has been a lifeline during mat leave.Even on the days I’m nervous to go because it is a CrossFit workout out afterall….it's actually so nice to just show up and connect with the community. Takes some of the pressure off because even if you're worried about not having a good workout you know you're going to have a good time either way 😅 and then usually it's a good workout anyways.All the coaches members are really welcoming, but especially Andrea coaching Mom Strong has just created a really special place for moms to connect and create a village where there might not have been one otherwise.

Long overdue on this review. Coming from a traditional gym on my own for 20 years and then stepping into the Crossfit world was way out of my zone. Now 3 years in at Outlaw and 5 kids later, I am probably in the best shape of my life. The coaches are outstanding and so well educated. The owners are committed to each individual’s needs and it is evident they love what they do. The members are awesome too! Every day I look forward to tomorrow's WOD. Lucky to be a part of this movement in the fitness world, especially at Outlaw!

I am ever so grateful I found this community. People you may barely know and may not even know your name, will positively push you each workout to do your very best. Will high five or fist pump you or send positive comments in Sugarwod, even when you think you did the worst. Every class there are jokes and smiles. The coaches are always there to help with a ton of knowledge under their belts and genuinely care about each member. It truly is #thehappygym

A year and a month ago I joined outlaw north. Since the moment I walked through the door I felt like I had found my new family. Jay and Lacey work hard to ensure that the hashtag #thehappygym is true to its name. They have fostered an amazing environment. The people at Outlaw quickly became like a second family to me. You can open up and be you with no holds bar. Since I joined I have seen nothing but positive results. I have gone from just wanting to do one pull up to knocking out 48 in one work out. From having a deadlift be difficult at 155 to pulling 370 of the ground and probably having room for a bit more. Jay is always willing to lend an ear to a question or a comment. The guy is more responsive then he should really be. Message him before 9 pm and he is likely to get back to you that day. Crossfit is expensive but it is worth every red cent. If you are on the fence give it 3 months. If you don’t love it then at least you will know

Came back home from Alberta for a visit and dropped into this box and I am happy I chose this place! Great coaches, great facility, loved the camaraderie and encouragement of the members. If you're looking to drop in, or looking for a new home, I highly recommend this place!���
