My daughter’s party was Great!Sara (our hero) made the time for me and kids an amazing experience. She walked me thru the details before the party. On the party day she kept the kids engaged as well as providing the instructions on how to skate and stayed with them in the rink.

I would like to thank the Ice Factory for allowing us to host our daughters 13th birthday at there location. It was truly an amazing experience for our daughter. Her friends and cousins had a lot of fun. Although, I would have liked for our daughter to participate in some of the additional games and other things offered in our party package, our daughter had a great time. She's a little shy and didn't want to participate in some things. I really appreciate our host Tianna for just allowing the kids to have there time and space with each other. Tianna was very friendly and patient with all the kids. Thank you so much for hosting us. We really appreciate it! It's definitely worth it if your child enjoys ice skating. They will absolutely have fun. 😊

Our 2 boys love the skating school and are learning a lot. The facility has clean restrooms and locker rooms and everyone is extremely friendly and ready to help.

I’ve been going to the ice factory to learn to skate for nearly three months now. It is a fantastic place to learn! Each of the coaches is passionate about their craft and understand how to explain each technique uniquely to help each student grasp it. The mid-day public skates during weekdays are typically the best time to practice. The only thing remotely close to an issue is that the ice is often well used by others learning new techniques, so watch out for rough patches!

We just moved here not too long ago and started going to this rink and have had a great experience. The learn to skate folks actually pay attention and put your kids in the right level and work well with them.

This place is amazingly special needs friendly. Our family was able to experience ice skating with our daughters. Desiree and Kaylie were super friendly and accommodating. They allowed our daughters to bring their walkers on the ice and even wheelchairs are allowed. We wore ice cleats so we could help our daughters. Also, they have little "seals" for rent which added even more fun to the day. We're so thankful to The ICE Factory for being as inclusive and accessible as they possible could while keeping everyone safe. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts and we'll certainly be back again. Thanks Desiree!!
