We attended Ice Factory's Lightening Made Hockey program. Coaches were excellent! My kids learned so many great skills and have a deeper passion for the sport because of it. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to experience the game!

We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at The Ice Factory, and Sariah was absolutely amazing! She was our designated Party Hero, and she truly lived up to the name! She was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout the entire process. She had a clear timeline and made sure everything was coordinated smoothly and on time, allowing us to relax and enjoy the party without any stress. The kids had a blast! One of the biggest highlights was that my daughter got to ride the Zamboni, which made her birthday extra special! Sariah also took pictures and videos for us, so we have wonderful memories to look back on. We also received a handwritten thank-you card (from Sariah) in the mail, along with more birthday wishes for my daughter. This was such a sweet surprise and really shows how much she cares. From start to finish, Sariah went above and beyond to make my daughter’s 6th birthday fun, seamless, and memorable. 10/10 experience — highly recommend Sariah and The Ice Factory for a birthday party!

They are great with teacher/student ratios. It has made a significant difference in my ADHD child’s ability to have fun and stay motivated in a sport.

I hosted my son’s 10th birthday party at the Ice factory! It was a great time. Our Party hero Isabel was amazing! She prepared fun games for the boys to play in the party room and kept a watchful eye on the birthday boy and his guests on the ice! Miss Desiree at the front desk was extremely helpful with my situation. Even with multiple things going on, she was able to find a way for me to work in the schedule. Another shout out to Miss Valentina who helped me figure out if it was even possible. All in all, the ladies at Ice Factory are workers you never want to lose!! Amazing!!

An excellent place for family fun and a great option for introducing children to ice hockey. The facility is fully equipped, featuring a shop, snack bar, skate rentals, lockers, and an ATM. They offer public skating sessions as well as private events, making it a good choice for birthday parties, too. The staff is friendly and well-trained.

My time here was amazing! Desiree was so sweet and generous, I’d love to come back one day. Little note but I loved the separate sections for hockey players, that was always an issue at my old place!!10/10, would recommend

My grandson, who's on the spectrum (high functioning), learned how to skate really fast. The coaches were so caring and professional. I highly recommend The Ice Factory!
