We took our two boys, Ethan and Sammy to celebrate their birthdays and we had the most amazing time! We’ve planned probably over 20 parties for our kids and honestly, this was the most amazing party! The host that we got were Alex and Faith, who was training and we had so many parents at the party rave about how incredible the two of them were and how attentive they were to the kids. We also met one of the supervisors Jeff and he was so welcoming and excited for us to be there so it was probably one of the best parties if not the best party we’ve thrown hands! Less

Recently had my daughters 7th birthday here and we had a great time. The party helpers we had were fantastic, attentive with the kids and had lots of patience helping the kids, timing the party activities etc. Kristhal was amazing and if you get her for your party you will be in great hands. My only suggestion would be when checking in for the party it can be chaotic depending on how busy the rink is so having a separate line for birthday party invitees to have them fast track and quickly set up with their party would be helpful. This was one of the best birthday venues I’ve seen around town. The party assistants did everything they could to make sure our friend’s 7 year old had a blast. They organized games for the kids and played with them! They helped him for hours with skating, racing, and even let him ride the Zamboni! That kid didn’t stop smiling the whole party. Less

We had a long line, but after a few minutes, we got in quickly. All the staff were amazing. Then, the ice skating was quick and easy. We stayed from 7 to 9 and really enjoyed ourselves. Less

We had our sons 8th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing! The booking process was super easy , everything is very straight forward . You get a party host that helps the day of your party - we were fortunate enough to get kristhal . She is absolutely amazing !!!! She called me 2 nights prior to the party to go over everything with me on how the party will go and that we were in good hands. And yes in fact we were ! She handled my childs party of 20+ kids with grace and nothing but a smile on her face ! She made sure my son was the star of the party , skated with him and his friends - she even skated with my 2 year old daughter for a little bit . Had the kids laughing and checked on all the kids that fell - even me when i took a complete wipe out .she updated me the entire time on how many wristbands i was going through , what was happening next - really anything i needed to know she was there looking for me to update me. But what really made the whole thing was when we got into the party room. It was absolutely chaos in the best way . She looked at the giant table of wild 7-8 year olds and said “YALL WANT SOME BALLOON ANIMALS !” You can imagine the excitement but then she says “ YALL WANT FACE PAINT !!!” The whole room exploded with excitement! She had at least 8 kids drawing on her face at once , 3 kids pulling on her to get her to make her a balloon animal and im sure someone asking for more pizza . And still just smiled and handled these kids like it was nothing . And then after the party was said and done she cleaned up the entire mess still with all the face paint and a smile ! Kristhal you are truly so amazing , you have a heart of gold and deserve nothing but the best in life ! The kids absolutely love you and my son cant wait for the pj party so he can see you again! We will be back for more parties and hopefully hockey soon! Less
