I came here with my family on a Friday and it’s safe to say I had an amazing time, the staff are super friendly, attentive, and interactive with the guests by including various fun games during the session, as well as cool lighting and small intermissions for resurfacing the ice. Really great place to go ice skating! The people there were really nice, treat us like a family! They wanted to make sure we were having fun there. I was there with my two little ones, and they end up with really cold hands. Ms. M (I don’t know how to spell her name) gave us some heating pads and save the day. The Ice Factory is a wonderful place for all.ages. we recently celebrated our daughter's birthday there. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. Our party hero Alex was simply amazing. From helping us plan and keeping us informed to keeping the kids engaged and having fun she really went above and beyond.
