Alex was a great host! The event was super easy to make a deposit! They contacted us 48 hours before the event and made the process of celebrating our Big ten year old a breeze. We showed up brought our goody bags and cupcakes and let the ice factory take it from there. Highly recommend and I do believe 10 and up on a public night was sufficient. Public nights are a little bit more traffic and kids need to be alert while moving on the ice. We had a blast at the ice factory and the intro to Curling class!!! The instructor (Jim) had so much great information and tips to share. After the game, we did some Broomstsacking with the other folks in the class. It was great to make new friends and learn a new sport! Less

This is the BEST place to get fitted for skates! Everyone is so helpful and informative and knowledgeable. Adam was excellent with his sizing and he really understood what I was looking for and what I needed. I’m a size 11 women’s street shoe, and it’s nearly impossible to find a women’s figure skate that’s larger than a size 10. Adam was so helpful in finding the right skate for me in men’s sizes and explained everything that would be done to ensure a perfect fit. Definitely go here for all of your skate needs!! Less
