Mr. Johnson was quick to respond. I reached out last night and I was scheduled immediately. He came out on one of the hottest days of the year thus far. We are in the midst of an extreme heatwave. Mr. Johnson showed up promptly and professionally. He got there, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. He had the part on hand so we didn’t have to wait. He had us up and running and the house was back cool and breezy in no time. He didn’t try to up charge us or sell us services we didn’t need. It’s been a while since I’ve seen quality honest service.
